Niestety, mimo wysłania wiadomości oraz ponownych prób kontaktu, klub nie uwzględnił mojej rezygnacji, tłumacząc się "problemami technicznymi". W efekcie zostałam zmuszona do opłacenia całego roku członkostwa. Od dwóch miesięcy próbuję rozwiązać sprawę, jednak bezskutecznie. Jestem bardzo zawiedziona podejściem MACFED do klienta - brak elastyczności, brak chęci do polubownego rozwiązania sytuacji i całkowity brak odpowiedzialności za własne błędy. Na rynku jest wiele lepszych siłowni, które bardziej dbają o swoich klientów. W mojej ocenie, jeżeli coś pójdzie nie tak, z MACFED bardzo trudno będzie cokolwiek wyjaśnić czy zmienić. It deserves 4 stars not only for its low cost, but also for its facilities. The gym has two floors, which have multiple rooms for common activities as spinning, stretching, dancing, step... and plenty of machines, I even think I counted 18 elliptical! One more plus is the staff there. They have such a nice crew. The first day I've applied, one McFit personal trainer explains me all the machines and gave me a scheduled according what the objectives I want to achieve. So with all this facilities and low price you no longer have excuse to workout anymore!

Also less crowded and cleaner than the jatomies in the zlote terasy or blue city. Total area for exercising may seem small but it's enough when compared to number of the people inside.
