I brought 12 items to consign that no longer bring me "joy" including an original watercolor and a collectible NY Yankee Don Mattingly figurine. My family was not interested in any of the items. Mary, one of the owners, reviewed the items and accepted them all to put on sale in the shop. 50 percent of selling price goes to the consigner. Mary and her partner Jennifer are knowledgeable about the secondary market, marketing, and customer service. They run a great shop and a well organized website. Nice place to browse although they didn't seem to have too many items. Watch yourself as you walk around as the floors are old, crack and one spot seemed like it was going to take my foot. Great consignment store with a large variety of item with fair pricing. We had made a first time consignment appointment online with them to sell some items. There was a limit of 12 items for them to review for consigning. We brought 12 items and they took all but one which was great. If the items sell they do a 50/50 split which means the consignor receives half of the sold price. Will definitely use them again in the future and have already made another appointment to sell more items. Can't wait to also go again and browse all the interesting and unique items they carry. Ok let me start out by saying they have a beautiful store and everything is organized and clean, a little pricey but I didn't mind. I've been here about three times. The first time I made a purchase, the second I didn't, and third I was going to purchase a few things but because they denied letting my 9 year old daughter use the bathroom I decided not to get anything. I will no longer be patronizing this business. There are some exceptions to bathroom usage and thats for elderly, pregnant women, and children. Recently visited this store while on a trip to Saratoga in NY. The two women who run the store were so friendly and the shop was filled with unique items at great prices. I purchased an antique brush set and a few Christmas tree ornaments. I highly recommend stopping in here the next time you are in the area! read more
