They have your equipment for far too long with no communication and then charge you a diagnostic fee when expectations are set that it's a warranty repair. When brought up with a manager they said that you can take your business elsewhere and Don't bring your Equipment back. I've always had an excellent experience with S&H and was looking at purchasing more equipment but this has ruined the relationship. I hope that they do better in the future.

Called Thursday to see if they had found anything and was then told it would be 3-4 weeks before they would look at it, told them to just forget it. Typical lake business that doesn't do what they say they're gonna do so if you like getting F'd around this is the place to go.
