We had a event at Fat Bottom Brewery for about 100 people and it was AWESOME! - We contacted Fat Bottom Brewery (FBB) and Details Nashville (DN) via email and they got back to us quickly with information we requested. I live out of state but it was easy to work with them to set up the event remotely. - After a couple emails we set up a tasting event, the chef put together some great items and worked with our special theme, budget and created some special / unique food items that were not on the standard menu. The event space was great, we used the indoor main room and outdoor space, great lighting and furniture made the event a success. - We worked with FBB and DN for all the logistics, event staff, special requests etc, they were a fantastic team and took care of any issues. - Event night was great, all food and drinks were 5 star and a great value, the food was amazing, we still have people remind us of the items they ate at the event! I lived in a different state so I needed to do all my vendor interviews over the phone, and when I connected with Josh for the interview, we were on the phone for 1.5 hours! I got off the phone and told my fiancé I found the guy and didn't need to look any further. Josh was professional, very responsive, willing to work with my budget and gave suggestions on what could work best for my wedding. I told him one of my wishes for my wedding is that people stayed on the dance floor all night...well I got my wish. My dance floor was packed the entire night, no one wanted to leave it because there were great songs being played one right after the other. I had soooo many compliments on my DJ (Josh) from guests after the wedding! High Tone Entertainment made it so easy for me to make a list of songs I wanted to have played or not played through their portal, it was so helpful! I also was running into an issue with my first dance song being too long, and Josh was kind enough to work his magic and cut a new version for us so our dance wasn't too long, but didn't cut out at a weird point! It was perfect! The photo booth was also a hit! It was so fantastic to have to only deal with 1 company vs 2 in regards to DJ & photo booth. The attendant was pleasant and professional; next time, we would book them for later in the evening (after guests were done eating) so that we had greater utilization. The selection of props was fine; there were "enhanced" props available for a fee, but we didn't think that the value was there for that option, so we didn't choose it. Overall, I'd use them again if a photo booth was needed.

We requested that the classroom tables be set up with power strips so that attendees could plug in their mobile devices and they were very appreciative of that. Wifi is very reliable and free, which is nice. Surprisingly, we did find that the microphone was needed to hear the speaker, even in so small of a room. The staff was very responsive and helpful and made sure that I had their phone number with me the day of so that they could be on-call for us. Being on the lower level made it really easy to keep our meeting contained and we had everything at our fingertips (bathrooms, water fountains, vending machines.) We requested some parking spaces for event staff and so we were able to park in the garage, which is just outside the Lower Level meeting rooms. I highly recommend taking advantage of that for your event staff and VIPs and those with accessibility needs.
