When I arrived at the store, he showed me the phones and we were involved in the sale when he informed me that we could not get the same deal. He then proceeded to guide us in another direction which would, as he said, save us money. This then lead to free addons (tablets and smart watch). We then had to pay $725.00 for taxes before they could place the order to even get the devices. We eventually got the devices in a couple of days and had to take them home and do the activation ourselves. I signed into Verizon to find a future bill of $1100.00 for device installments and service. I called and they said that it would take over 2 monthly billing cycles to receive the credit. So, I left AT&T bad customer service to go to a higher cost Verizon bad customer service... I guess we're paying the employees extra to sit on the computer and do nothing.
