I arrived a little early and was warmly greeted. My nail tech, Melissa, was just finishing with the client at her station and let me know it would be a few minutes, which I fully expected. When I got into the chair, the water temp was perfect, the chair was comfy, and the conversation was pleasant. Melissa did a great job on my feet - I felt so pampered! And, on an upcoming trip to Arizona, I was able to comfortably and confidently wear sandals because my toes were so cute! I will 100% go back to see Melissa again. I got charged an extra $10.00 for the gel at checkout. Could I have argued? yes, but it wasn't worth arguing over it so I just paid it and left. I always tip them too, even though they're mediocre. I've been there enough that I feel like they'd be more mediocre if I didn't tip. I feel like it used to be nicer here and now it's low average.
