Ally has some really unique and stunning women's clothing, they have everything from sexy party dresses to basic t-shirts and skirts. I don't think anything in the store is over about $70 and trust me they are worth alot more. The girls on staff are usually wearing the hottest items from the season so it gives you a chance to have the clothing modelled for you before you buy! At the moment Ally is filled with soft dusky oranges, vibrant pinks and creamy whites all perfect for spring time fashion. There is usually a rack out the front as well as a few more inside that have items anywhere between $10 - $20! These can sometimes be last season but are usually just clothes on special. I struggle to even think about this store without wanting to go fill my wardrobe, the best thing is they also offer an online shop where you can order your items and have them shipped directly to your door.

Max Power is not as bad as it looks…read more Ok, that's really unfair. It is not as ill-suited to the things I like to buy as it looks from the outside. Kind of a smaller version of General Pants, Max Power sells a range of mens and ladies clothing for the urban individual. It's usually bang on trend, so if you're not into whatever is in fashion, don't bother. It's also one of the few stores to be selling predominantly new and undiscounted stock. There are a few racks of cheapies, but on the whole it's just well selected, mid-priced simple day and night clothes. The discounted racks are where the good stuff lies, though, and where I get lucky. I've found one-offs there (well, one-lefts anyway) that look great and fit me well, at much less than retail.

The shop is always appealing to me because of it's wall to wall bright colours they always have fresh new season stock that follows the trends and can suit many different tastes. Supre is a relatively low cost option for women's clothing, you can usually pick up a simple tee for about $5 - $10 or a nice cardi for about $30. If you are browsing their new arrivals especially the shiny party dresses; they can be priced anywhere between $50 - $100 which still isn't too bad in my opinion. Supre in Frankston has some lovely staff and being a smaller store they are always on hand to help. The change rooms can get pretty busy especially on weekends, but the turn over is usually ok.

AHHH Pol, dressing the women of Berwick for how many decades now??…read more Pol is a clothing store definitely targeted at mum-aged women... older mums for that matter. But every so often my mum will drag me in here and I will be stoked to find a really cute piece of jewellery, or a vest, or a handbag, or some other must-have item. The Pol ladies have all worked here forever so they know everyone's business and love nothing more than to have a good goss with their customers. So in summary, I wouldn't be going here with the hopes of finding a new outfit (unless you are over 40) but Pol might just surprise you.
