I found this place through Yelp and I'm so glad that I did. It is literally a 3 minute drive from my house and the work is fast, efficient, and you walk away with that "WHAT A STEAL!" mentality. I've got some Italian in me and have the unpleasant blonde stache going so I have to get it attended to every so often. They use a dry wax, meaning they apply it directly to the upper lip and it hardens and then pulled off instead of using the strips to remove the hair. While I'm there I always figure I mind as well get my eyebrows threaded, which comes at the thrifty rate of $5. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't mind paying five bucks to avoid tweezing my brows for a week or two. Of course, since everything else is priced so well, I always find myself grabbing a pair of earrings on my way out. They have a really cute selection of small handbags, purses, earrings, nail polish, etc. After the earrings, lip wax, and eye brow waxing my total bill is always just about $20. The people that own/run this place are friendly and fast. You can walk in or make an appointment if you have a big party or need something special done. If you live anywhere around this area or just pass through, it's worth it to stop in! read more

This place opened in January of this year. I had never noticed it before since I normally drive right on through this bit of Cicero with barely a thought. I am super in love with threading but I only knew of one place this far south in Country Club Hills. Just Threading was very very nice. Its pretty basic. They offer threading and waxing and massages by appointment. They charge $8 for a "eyebrow design" and $5 for "eyebrow maintenance". Which is pretty stinking cheap in the burbs. And your 7th visit if free! The girls were really nice and I was in and out within 10 Min. with perfect brows. They also have a small selection of cute jewelery which is all under $10. I will not step foot in this place again. Received multiple cuts on chin and around eyebrows from threading. They use this funky solution after threading that is nauseating. Stick to ULTA pricey but worth every cent. read more

$7 eyebrow threading (price did go up since some past reviews). Staff is always super friendly. My only recommendation is don't go right at 5 pm as it tends to be crowded then. Recently discovered this place over the summer, and I am so happy I did! Definitely a lot better than going to Orland Mall and having everyone stare at you while you are getting your eyebrows threaded, and this place is cheaper! Definitely have nothing bad to say about this place, it only costs five bucks and the longest I have had to wait was about 5 minutes. Staff is very fast and friendly. I wish I could give zero stars & attach an image of my eyebrows. Three weeks ago I went in to Just Threading and they took a chunk out of the bottom of my left eyebrow. After waiting THREE WEEKS, I came back in and let the lady know she messed it up three weeks ago and she said she would fix it. Now I am home, and have WORSE eyebrow shape than before I went in (and that is saying a lot since I hadn't gotten my eyebrows done in three weeks.) I left crying, because she screwed my eyebrows up that badly. I even paid and left a tip but I will NOT be coming back. My friends and I will never return to Just Threading and I am excited to find a place that will not screw up my eyebrows. Or who will at least acknowledge a mistake if they make one. I like Just Threading a lot. I used to go to my hair salon for waxing but actually threading hurts a lot less. Just Threding is very nice and it's only five dollars for threading your eyeborws one time and you only need to go at least once a month. The people that work there are very nice and it's very quick to get done. This is the only place i get my eyebrows done at and they look great. This is a very comforting place to get your eyebrows done. Also they have a card they give you and each time you go and get your eyebrows done they stamp it and oyur seventh time is free! read more

If I could give them a zero I would. Other days I would come in I would be treated nicely and even asked how I wanted my eyebrows before they were done. But on Tuesday the lady had a attitude as soon as my mom and I walked in. When she would ask to hold your lid she would say it in a mad tone. Look ma'm if your having a bad day don't take it out on others and their eyebrows.. my eyebrows have it's natural shape.. no need to take any hair off, common sense. If your not sure.. ask because either way your doing work on an individuals face that is not your own. So, no you didn't have to do it "your way" as you stated when I showed you how upset I was with how you left my eyebrows. Failed to even apologize just said "well what do you want me to do about it? There's nothing I can do about it now." Well obviously you can't stick my eyebrow back on. Over here making me feel like I was back in 2005. After you said you were not going to charge me, you charged my mom $17. Not even going to be upset about it. You probably need it more then I do. Needless to say I'm never coming back. There was an older woman who used to work there that literally preformed miracles with eyebrows! Ever since she left the quality has gone down. My sister got her eyebrows done recently and there are chunks taken out to the point that I have to fill them in for her. Still, everyone there is very friendly and welcoming. read more

I got "eyelash extensions" here and they were awful. I can't speak on their other services but the every lashes were ones you can purchase at Walgreens and glue on yourself. They charged me over $50 for something I could have bought at Walgreens for less than $10. This was right before prom and I was very disappointed. read more

I used to get my eyebrows done every 2 weeks here. I would get somewhat annoyed when the girl would stop during my threading to have a conversation while I sat in the chair holding onto my face but I thought she did a good job so I put up with it. I stopped in here recently to get a touch up on my way to pick up my son at daycare. There was 2 women "working" and no one in there. One of the women told me to sit down in the chair and they both continued to sit at a back table and eat and have a conversation as I sat there waiting. After about 5 minutes I got up and left. This was at about 4:30 so it obviously wasn't lunch time. I'm going to check out the threading place down the street instead. read more

Kirin at Just Threading is amazing! The other ladies are great too but I've been seeing Kirin for a while now & cant say enough about her work. She always kind & professional and does an awesome job with her threading! Very thorough, never rushes even though she usually has a line of folks waiting for her. The other ladies are good too. Literally just left, I wanted to find a closer salon. I must honestly say it was ok. Not sure if I would go back. Now I will give it 4 stars on the price and location. The actual arching a 3. I've been going to this place for years! Especially when Tara was there. I was in over the weekend to get my eyebrows threaded. Unfortunately, I won't be getting any facial waxing done or returning. The lady that was working used the same stick to dip the wax on a clients face multiple times! I watched her use the same stick for the whole waxing. As a healthcare professional this is totally unsanitary! Totally disgusting! The worker didn't even throw the stick out after the woman had left! Left it sitting on the edge of the bowl of wax. Hopefully they don't do that with other waxing services! Won't be returning. read more
