I had to fast for this blood work. By the time I got so frustrated I left. I went to my car and checked my sugar and it was at 53! was very lightheaded and felt sick. I immediately went to get some food. How can a major practice of St. Peter's "health partners" be so incompeten? I'm calling out Karen Dorhety Wells and her nurse Oryannah on this. This nurse is always nasty to me when I message PA Wells. I had to switch doctors at this practice before, now I'm done with them completel.

They took our name and my son's blood pressure. We waited 20 minutes more. The P.A. came in and after 10 seconds, said.... We can't help you, go to Albany Medical center. OK this is fine. But then weeks later we received the bill of $1800.00 and that is with insurance folks. $1800.00 to take our blood pressure. YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND... We will not be paying this bill. Riddiculous. By Monday my doctor had not received the test results and requested them. Tuesday, called my doctor, no results and I drove to the facility at Sitterly Road where the ultrasound was taken. The receptionist (D) was great but said she could not get the results there and submitted a request that the results to be sent to my doctor and emailed to me. Wednesday, I called my doctor and no results, no email. I got fed up and went back to that urgent care at Sitterly Road. I figured this was the only way I could get the results. All this time I'm still having a quite a bit of discomfort and really want answers. I was seen and treated in a very timely fashion. The people I dealt with, D, nurses and doctor were perfect. Thursday 10/30 (that's a full week now) my doctor's office received the results and I got an email that my test results are available FOR $6.50!!! Dealing with them was literally a pain in the .....

PCP said I could have a referral to a specialist, and he would do so after the following test, if I liked. The symptoms worsened within a short period of time thereafter. I called and his staff said I had to come in for ANOTHER appointment, before he'd give me the promised referral! Had I gotten to the specialist at the peak of my pain, maybe I would not have gone through prolonged suffering. Had he not waited two weeks to tell me of an alarming abnormality in my lab work.

He told ortho NY that he does pain pump installation. He stated, " I will determine that." I then trusted him and endured 17 injections in about two months which landed me in the hospital. After being medically evaluated and admitted into hospital for three days I was then scheduled to see this quack. He was upset because I ended up in the hospital which now today I can say is a FACT. When I came back he stated, "you don't have pain issues or problem." If you reading this ask yourself this: I don't have pain issues but you did 17 injections billing my insurance company then therefore you should be investigated for insurance fraud!!! I was there three times a week four hours each time for two months. Looking back that is absolutely crazy!!! Lastly you have front desk women and another man acting as nurses who aren't registered. Oh and the he told me I don't do pain pumps installation which he lied to my pain doctor from Ortho. This man should be investigated. So in this past year I have been going to Dr. kodsi at total care who is awesome. I am able to walk and have 2.5 months of pain free with his methods of cervical and lumbar Botox Injections to address my dystonia and some additional lidocaine and corotosone injections.

The doctor definitely lacked bed-side manner. He was rude and very condescending. He wouldn't allow me to ask questions and would put his hand in front of my face when I tried to speak. He would get very aggravated and angry on multiple occasions because I wanted to ask him questions or explain to him my symptoms. He would raise his voice at me and belittle me. Even when he was giving me injections, he was very short and frustrated. I have no idea why he was like that. The doctor never explained to me what was going on with me. He seemed like he was in a hurry and didn't want to be there. It made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I seriously walked out of there regretting my visit. This visit was a waste of time and a waste of money. I would not recommend this doctor to ANYONE. This doctor had a bad attitude and lacked manners. He is caring, takes time with his patients and most importantly, he takes his time with procedures. I moved from New York to Florida 5 years ago and still keep him as my primary Pain Management Doctor. He is worth the 1800 mile trip because he is THAT good. I tried to find a doctor in my area, but it is impossible. No one else will take the time , or effort to listen to you and then try to help you with your problems. I don't want narcotics thrown at me, I want something to help with my pain to help me lead a semi-normal life (in between procedures). I understand that nothing is a fix, but I am a realist and know that these procedures are here to help me live my best life. He has helped me more than he will ever know. When I arrived for the appointment they told me they where going to put an epidural in my neck. Once I got them straightened out the doctor marked the left side of my back for the procedure. Once I got that straightened out. On January 17th I went to see the same doctor for a set of nerve deadening shots in my lower right back again the doctor came in marked my lower right back , then proceeded to put the nerve deadening agent In my lower LEFT back. I am still in pain I wasted at least three months trying to have something done for the pain I deal with on a daily basis.
