We chose Advanced Dentistry of Harleysville for convenience of location, provision of pediatric dental care, in-network insurance coverage, soonest new patient appointment, and reviews from other community members. I had contacted 3 other dental offices prior to making a decision. To say we had an incredible first experience is an understatement! My husband has some dental anxieties and had a wonderful experience with both the dental hygienist and dentist, Dr. Shah. His first appointment was scheduled for the next day which included X-rays and a thorough cleaning and examination. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and honest without being pushy about services or "extras" that may not be needed. I went a week later with my toddler and had a wonderful experience as well. They were quick and great with my uncooperative toddler and did not mind him hanging out to wait for me to be done. My appointment felt very thorough as well and the staff, once again, was amazing. Dr. Shah laid out options for future dental work, but encouraged me to think about everything as it was not urgent. Not one person in the office was pushy with anything and explained each step and answered all questions. Wonderful experience with a very nice office and great staff. Highly recommend! I paid in full and on time for the root canal. Today I had an issue with that same tooth and I recalled Dr. Yasir Siddique (who performed my root canal) telling me "If you have any issues with that tooth, please call US back so we can help you out." I took this as kind and genuine customer service, but it was a total ploy. I went in today with pain to that tooth, got an appointment scheduled, sat in the chair, had a tech come over and eliminate the issue, all within a span of 2 minutes. Sounds good, right? Nope. This office is in the business of price gouging you for services at every turn. I was told multiple times to get an X-ray of the tooth that I had an issue with "to make sure it was not part of the problem". I declined the X-ray, thankfully. I then went to the front of the office where they told me I would be charged for the service today. After pleading with the people at the front of the office, they asked Dr. Siddique if they could waive the fee from today's visit. He told them no, because the appointment today had nothing to do with the tooth... but I thought he wanted me to get an X-ray to make sure it was not the tooth... Which one is it? Save your time and money and go somewhere that cares about you and your health, not just what is in your wallet.

I called her office and Dr. Armour took me almost right away and temporarily fixed my problem. It has been almost 2 year since I started to see Dr. Nicole Armour. I had bottom and top new crowns done, wonderful job she does! I am very happy with ALL my new teeth, and they look natural. She really holds your hand thorough the treatments, being available 24/7!! including weekends; responding in a few minutes if you have a problem or concern. I had a problem with my gums and right away they gave me an appointment and fixed my problem. You are never faraway from her while receiving a treatment at her office. She is caring, compassionate and understand the stress that we, patients have when having these kind of treatments. Also her staff is knowledgeable, friendly competent helpful and caring.
