I was supposed to have 2 hours worth of photo time. Gentleman showed up late and took awhile…read moreputting the "booth" together. I ended up with about an hour and a half if that worth of photo time. Props were great, photo quality was great and my guest really enjoyed it. I was supposed to have a digital online album the next day and after about a week of trying to get in contact with them I finally got the link. I was also supposed to be compensated in some way but two plus weeks later have not been or spoken to about it. When I finally heard back about the link and compensation, I was told that the gentlemen took ill after our party and has been out and I would hear back about it by the end of the week, and other then the picture link, I never heard any more and that was over a week ago. I am not sure what the medical issue could have been and maybe that affected the service I received but it is something to take into consideration when booking them.The customer service follow up is just as important as the sale.
