We would strongly caution you from renting a dumpster from Frank's Dumpster in Exeter. First we…read moreleft two email messages, two days in a row with no call back. I finally called the third day and it was during the call that she checked and saw that I left a message. Secondly, I paid for the dumpster over the phone and then was told that I needed to go to their website to complete a contract form. It was there that I read that about 7 or 8 items were an additional charge in the $17 to $30 range. We ended having to transport 4 mattresses to our dump several towns away to avoid an additional $120. Thirdly, I just received a bill for $63 additional dollars for being over the weight limit of 2000lbs. It was about a third full, about 3 pieces of furniture, some wood and odds and ends from the house. There was no way it was even close to 2000lbs. I caution you greatly before entering into a contract with this company.

Also, they were unaware that a permit was needed for demolition in MA, which put a halt to all work when the city inspector shut it down. That said, they did make good faith efforts to get the work done for the agreed upon price, and when work stopped due to permit requirements, it was a reasonable amount of work for the 50% deposit. Also, they are reimbursing for the $50 fine I incurred from the city inspector. I'm hoping they can execute better in the future because they seemed genuine in making things right after their missteps.

They removed my ancient cracked driveway and laid in a smooth new hot top that looked gorgeous and made plowing a breeze in the winter. In the early part of 2019 we experienced some trouble with runoff from rainfall which flooded my basement, and in the spring I discovered some sinkhole issues near the house which I fixed. This week, the Patterson family called to announce they were coming out to resurface my entire driveway to fix the angle of rain runoff. Today, they did! Once again-- it looks splendid and it's clear that the rainfall will flow the correct way off my driveway. They examined the sinkhole and did a 1st class professional fix.
