The driver turned around and stated "Ya I know where I'm going, I've lived in Plattsburgh my whole life." He proceeded to peel out of the parking lot and drive at excessive speeds on back roads. At one point his speedometer said he was going 80. He blew through several stop signs barely slowing down to make sure other vehicles were not coming our way. My friend and I asked him several times to please slow down and informed him that we did not feel safe. His response was to turn up the music so loud that he could no longer hear our requests. When we arrived at my home, I handed him $12. He stated "What the fuck is this? It's at least $20." I told him it was suppose to be $8. He showed me his laminated sheet with fares to various locations. I told him that the groom had made a deal with Mike, the owner of the company to provide $8 rides.
