Ric left, prepared me an electronic estimate with all items delineated, I signed the agreement, placed the deposit, and we were off! My mom lives in the home. She is elderly and can be a handful. He's an outstanding craftsperson and we were extremely pleased with his work. We did not want a boring shower insert. Finding a talented person is much harder today! Tiles can be costly so it's important to find a competent installer. We cannot recommend MS Custom Tile enough. The shower is now a piece of art!

Miro was very professional, knowledgeable and he helped us greatly with deciding the smaller details such as border pieces. We waited several years to do our backsplash as it took us time to agree on what we wanted. I'm glad we waited and got exactly what we were hoping for. The travertine tiles were laid in a random pattern and I'm happy Miro suggested that b/c it looks amazing. I had a custom mosaic made from a different artisan for the centerpiece and Miro did a great job installing that as well. We are very happy with the care he took in protecting our other surfaces. Everyone was professional courteous, and a pleasure to work with. The estimate was through , clearly explained and reasonably priced. My project was scheduled but due to circumstances on my end, I unfortunately had to cancel the work. Even then cozy penguin continue to impress me. My deposit was refunded quickly cheerfully, and without any hassle lt is hard to find a company that demonstrate such integrity and customer service even when a project doesn't move forward.
