Jim is just an all around great guy. He knows the business very well & makes the process seem easy. I have heard friends talk about how difficult and time consuming there refinance was. Jim was always approachable and helpful. You truly feel that you have someone in your corner watching out for your best interest. My first attempt did not work out because of a lower than expected appraisal. You would think that's the end, but no it was not. Jim said he would keep an eye on the market & on rates for me. I figured that was probably just polite lip service; but no... about seven months later I get a call from Jim.... "hey Tim I think the market is just about right for you appraisal & interest rate wise if you are still interested". Not only that, but you could tell he truly felt bad it did not go my way on the first try... even though it was no fault of his; he helped me out with the second appraisal and boom refinance was done. Every question answered + every step explained = a very happy client. I would not only recommend Jim, but if it was a close friend or family member, I would insist on it!! Thank you Jim !! Plus later on they informed us that when they went to pay for their car it was $500 and they weren't told on the phone till they got there that they had to pay cash.

I had a very frustrating experience with the parking during the DeSoto Parade at this business…read morebuilding. My whole family have been coming to this same building and parking for 10 plus years. My 86 year old grandma and sister(with little kids that are in car seats) vehicles were towed from this lot, yet at the same time, multiple other cars were parked in the exact same area and were not towed. But they were able to stay. There did not appear to be any consistent enforcement of the parking/towing rules, which felt unfair and selective. If towing is going to be enforced, it should be applied equally to all vehicles, not just a few. Also better towing signage should be better visible. It's not fair that they had to pay $400 plus dollars to get their car back and others could stay parked in that parking lot. I would not recommend doing business with these companies or property management companies. They aren't family friendly. They didn't have the decency to come ask us to move the car first.
