The staff on the…read morereception were very friendly and helpful even though they could not speak English and we have limited French. We needed Bryn to be examined and given a tablet ready for his return to England in 4 days time. The particular Vet who saw Bryn did speak very good English and was very friendly and also professional and kind to Bryn. We would like to say 'thank you' for making the whole process easy for us. We believe the Vets first name was Alex, but we could have got her name wrong. Apologies if we did.
