He always replied promptly and was willing to discuss at length all options, not to mention putting up with my indecisiveness. While staff come and go I can never recall any of them who were not friendly or insincere about their love for animals.

The staff was warm, caring, professional, as was Dr. Hollensworth, the veterinarian, who carefully explained our dog's conditions and prescribed medications post-op. Great experience for us, and great care for our dog. The bill was very reasonable, which we appreciate.
