They had an electrician, Keith, at the house the same afternoon. Courteous, efficient and thorough. While he was there he noticed two outlets with 'scorch' marks and suggested, for safety's sake, they be replaced. Keith returned soon with the correct 'safety outlets' and quickly made the replacements without leaving as much as a speck of insulation where he had worked.
