They started work first thing the next morning, replacing the broken equipment, and then upgraded our furnace and AC units to more efficient models. What stood out the most however was the above and beyond service. Jesse and Cody were very thorough and even looked at things that others would not have. They double checked that some of the older equipment from the house was handling the updates correctly. They were able to identify where we had some bad electrical wiring and recommended an electrician. Our house is feels significantly comfier (temperature wise) than it ever had before. We have HomeServe insurance, so we contacted them and they dispatched Varsity Zone HVAC - Fishers to our house on Monday before noon. The General Manager came out, repaired it, then got frustrated with how to reattach the top of the unit, so he attempted to finish it incorrectly, which damaged the coil, destroyed the unit, which made the freon spew everywhere. He uttered a curse word and said, "Looks like you're getting a new unit today." It is now FRIDAY, we do NOT have a new unit. We have suffered through 6 miserable days of 90+ degree weather outside. Inside our house, it has been 90-100+ degrees at times. Varsity will not take ownership of their mistake. They will not return our calls. This is unacceptable and negligible. We have children, one with an autoimmune disease, 2 dogs, and they have not offered any resolution, nor have they offered fans or window units. If you have a choice in who you use for your AC/Heating company, DO NOT use this company. If the General Manager is this negligible and irresponsible, I cannot imagine what the rest of their techs are like.

Bought the exact fan at Menard's and as soon as I attempted to remove the old one I realized this was a job for an electrician. Heard great stuff about West Electric and gave them a call. They had an electrician, Keith, at the house the same afternoon. Courteous, efficient and thorough. While he was there he noticed two outlets with 'scorch' marks and suggested, for safety's sake, they be replaced. Keith returned soon with the correct 'safety outlets' and quickly made the replacements without leaving as much as a speck of insulation where he had worked. I called the AdvantaClean South Suburban Indianapolis team and Victor actually went down to the house the same day and e-mailed a quote the following day. I also received a complete explanation of the process that would be used and the scope of the work, the material safety data sheets on the chemicals, and "Five Mold Myths" which really helped put the whole mold issue in perspective ("it's not the next asbestos"). The team answered all my questions, always returning phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner. As they did the remediation, they explained things step by step, and even though it was miserably hot I never heard one complaint. Between the heat and the old part of the crawlspace the job took longer than anticipated, but they never cut corners or rushed to get done - in fact, they had to come back the next day to finish because they wanted to make sure it was done properly. They worked hard, did a very thorough job, cleaned everything up, and the bonus was how polite and considerate they were. I would highly recommend this team!
