LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS; we didn't and regret it immensely. My husband left a kinder review of…read morehow awful this experience has been, but it continues to get worse and I'm beyond fed up. As of today, we have requested a refund because we feel completely scammed and taken advantage of, and unsurprisingly, we've received zero response from Miguel. We hired this company for a patio project that turned into a nightmare from the start. The job was delayed for months. We signed in April of 2025 and paid in full when we received the quote, but after payment, communication became terrible, our patio was finally poured at the end of June almost July 2025. Miguel would promise a start date and then fail to respond when they didn't show up--but at least you got paid in full before any work was done, right? My husband didn't want to mention this, but at this point I feel we've protected this company enough. When the crew finally did show up, they were drinking on the job. After they left, we found broken beer bottles in our yard, and concrete was splattered on our siding and windows even after they said they would hang a tarp which never happened and it's still covered even after they came back and "power washed." I was willing to let it go because I was grateful our experience was over but then within four months, the stamped concrete cracked and chipped apart. Miguel admitted there was a bad batch of concrete and said he was suing his supplier, but at this point that is not our problem. We have been patient and understanding for over a year, and as of today, nothing has been fixed. Miguel also told my husband over the phone that if we switched to a brushed finish instead of stamped concrete, they would take care of a flower bed or retaining wall since we paid more for stamped concrete, but now he suddenly does not remember that conversation. The timeline we were given for the repour was "June-ish," which tells us absolutely nothing and now it's almost June and we're no closer to an ETA. We paid nearly $10,000 for a patio and steps and feel completely taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you enjoy paying for a product that crumbles apart and having to chase down the person responsible. We could not have been more desperate than we have been to try to get a resolution. It's exhausting. Enjoy the photos of our patio and being ghosted!! Attaching multiple screenshots of the lack of communication, our crumbling concrete, and our ruined siding and window and our sad last desperate attempt at getting a PARTIAL refund. Also, apparently if you apply less than 1/4 cup of pet safe salt ONCE in the winter, that's the reason the admitted bad batch of concrete failed after 4 months. If you have pets and don't want to to fall on ice, don't hire them! Shameful

Our yard was getting a little out of control, and needed some serious attention. I got ideas and…read moreestimates from a few companies. Native was the best of the bunch for both. I had three major considerations: I wanted something very easy to maintain; I wanted native plants and flowers that would attract butterflies; and I wanted it to be enjoyable for all the wild critters who live in our yard. Marc is great - I love his vision, enthusiasm, and wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. He walked the property with me and pointed out what was native and what was invasive (I have very little horticultural knowledge), and how he thought different designs could improve the space in this way or that, depending on how we wanted to use it. He gave a bunch of options and ideas, and listened to what I wanted. It felt very collaborative, which was nice. And he is great at explaining things you don't quite understand. Marc and Matt and Colin, and several more workers whose names I didn't catch, came out to do the job on time on the assigned day, well-prepared. The weather was off-and-on rain, which didn't remotely slow down the crew. They were all working hard all day - you'll see from the photos there was a lot to do. In addition to a full yard cleanup which in itself was a beast of a job, they redesigned/redefined several beds, planted a perfect pollinator garden in the back that I have been wanting there for years, trimmed/pruned trees, shaped hedges, reshaped the backyard, mulched everything, and planted three beautiful young sweet bay magnolias out front. It was a big job and took two days. The crews were great - polite and hardworking, with no complaints even when they were getting soaked. Marc came by each day to meet with me, explain what was being done, and get my input. He also met with and worked with his crew, mapped out where everything was going. He was out in the pouring rain with his crew, unloading trees from the truck and doing whatever was needed. They were an impressive team. I am beyond thrilled with the results of all the hard work they did. And so excited to sit outside this summer enjoying it all. Thank you, Native. I look forward to our ongoing business relationship and future, further collaborations.

Adam Mikesell came to do our estimate and was very knowledgeable and personable answering all our questions and also offering his opinions and insights which were very much appreciated. He made sure we got what we wanted and gave us an estimate that fit our budget. The Property Priority crew were very polite, efficient, and always made sure to double check with us with questions they/we had to make sure we were getting what we wanted along the way. In addition, their workers are very nice, professional and very hard workers, They ensured that our backyard was clean and safe after completing the project. A bonus was how kind they were to our dog (Groot) who once in awhile thought he needed to supervise the project. Adam and Groot became great friends. These guys are Phenomenal.... we would definitely recommend this company and Mr. Adam Mikesell to any landscape/hardscaping and cement needs. Perfect in every aspect of the job. Communication, craftsmanship, cleanliness and honesty! Truly masters of their craft and at extremely reasonable prices. Thanks so much for a job very well done. P.S. Our house is the one on their website and the large square very beautiful fire pit area/patio.
