The owner gave my two elementary ages kids a thorough and interesting demonstration on how to weave and how their fabrics were made. My son couldn't stop talking about it and wants a mini loom for himself. This store is a rare gem!

We stood behind a lady paying and talking for a good 5 minutes waiting to pay. I am not sure the lady saw my grandson or me, we are both short. A young man walked up and stood beside the lady paying for about a minute. The clerk started to take the young man's item and I said we were here first. She was so rude to me and said no you weren't he was here first and the lady in front of me said he was standing beside me so he is next. I said I have been standing behind you for at least 5 minutes. I laid the hat down on the counter and walked out and she yelled at me how rude I was. I normally dont complain or write bad reviews but this really bothered me. I taught school for 30 years and have a strong sense of fairness. This woman was so hateful to me and my grandson, he was nearly crying. There is no excuse for this. I hope she was just having a bad day and doesn't treat everyone like this. I am trying to teach my grandson to treat everyone with kindness.

I asked the fellow working in there about his two cents on it. He highly recommended the Bonanza brand. The price was awesome and included tax so no me counting on my fingers hoping I have enough cash. I believe I went for the berries and cream. Overall pretty good doesn't have a harsh bitter taste. I did pack enough punch to give me a good night sleep. They have ATM inside the store just in case you forgot the cash . Each person that I have interacted with there has been very kind, polite, and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. I went in an talked to the gentleman at the front desk, and he started the process- Kai and his co-worker ultimately took the lead on the situation, determined what needed to be done, offered options, and got us confidently back on the road - a bit past 7:00. Everyone was professional and friendly, and there appeared to be a true team atmosphere in the shop. Kai was exceptional tho- going beyond what we expected - a great experience at a stressful time. It seems like they are almost always out of certain items. Many of these are the kind of things that are popular enough that an astute manager would make more of an effort to keep adequate stock on hand. Some things are constantly and repeatedly out, as though the pandemic was still at its peak. I know that many of us became pretty understanding when COVID was raging, but I'm pretty sure that our being tolerant of it back then didn't mean that we would be okay with it forever. They really do need to step up their game.
