If not, call R&J Tree Service, their Quote was 1/3 of the cost, they were much quicker and so much cleaner than Urban Tree Service. For some background, I had a large tree I needed cut down and Urban Tree Service gave me a quote to break it up into two jobs. He asked I call him the next year to get it done but I held off and didn't call him back until the second year. During this two year period I really helped out his business that just started by getting him a bunch of referrals which he thanked me for. Initially he quoted me $1,500 for the second job but when he came this year he wouldn't honor the initial quote and increased his bid to $3,500! That's well over double what he had quoted me just a few years back. Called R&J and they cut it down today for $1,200. How quickly people forget who helped them out by the referrals when they needed them. Will never use or recommend Urban Tree Service again.

Bill did an excellent job cleaning up our overgrown trees and even took off some branches of a forth tree as far up as second story window to ensure it would no longer scrape against the roof and building until we decide to have that one worked on. He and his employee were very friendly, answered questions and completed the entire job quickly. They stayed completely to the price quoted two weeks earlier and it was a very reasonable price compared to other professional tree services. He also let me know that for the next trees we were looking to have done in the future what the quote was per tree and that it would be good through fall. I also felt that this was completely reasonable since the market fluctuates year to year and wouldn't expect a quoted price to be the same a year later. I appreciated his being up front with his pricing and this was also something I was told by all the other companies I received other quotes from earlier. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have trees trimmed, cut down or for stump removal.

They listened to what our needs were and before they started they looked over the work areas and took the time to find the best costs for the materials needed for the job and gave a reasonable quote. They were clean and organized while working on the projects. And one thing that we greatly appreciated is after starting, they talked with us to see if everything was okay and looking like our expectations. I was ok with that because I wanted the yard to look nice for the holiday. This morning he called and said he couldn't get sod today because it had rained and it was too wet to cut it out. He could do it next week some time. Wanting grass along the house and realizing I wouldn't have it be the weekend, I asked if they could seed the area with grass. He quoted me a reasonable price and said he would have someone out in an hour. Paul and Jacob showed up within the hour. They prepared the site and seeded the area. They apologized for the lack of communication explaining that they were very busy as this was the first week the weather was good enough to plant grass. They were nice enough to seed another small area at no extra cost. The two men were very informative, polite, and knowledgeable. They told me everything I needed to do to care for the new lawn.They also said they would check back in a couple weeks to see how the new lawn was coming along. This job came with a satisfaction guarantee. I will be skeptical, but would use them again if there is an occasion. I would request Paul and Jacob to do the work.

He showed me the causes and effects of different situations when it comes to landscape. Although I can't say that I like Rob, he does what he has to do. The way that turf pro works is they do the more business properties before the residential. The reason that they might not have made it to you is because they have a lot of properties to finish with a lot of grass or snow. You will defiantly get work done faster if you own a business and you pay good money because it is money well spent.
