I would recommend them if you are looking for a landscaper who takes pride in their work. Mr. Ventling the owner has been very responsive to work with. He is quick to grasp just what you want done and makes sure his crew understands your wishes. And their equipment is well maintained. absolutely the rudest and shadiest behavior I've ever experienced. paid a down payment on a tree…read morethe year before but then the company sold, I went in to speak to the new owner... completely willing to walk away and forfeit my down payment... she went on about how she didn't know which tree was mine and that the previous owner hadn't left word that customers had reserved trees . when I offered to just leave it at that she insisted I go ahead and run my card for another 450 bucks and we would figure it out once she was able to look into the greenhouse, bad mouthing the previous owners the whole time. she never followed up so I called to make an inquiry about my tree and to arrange a pickup, Kathy went back to bad mouthing the previous owners AGAIN... when I finally broke through and calmly said I didn't care about her opinion of the previous owners and I just wanted to pickup my tree please , Kathy told me she wouldn't listen to me scream? I hadn't raised my voice despite my extreme annoyance once.... I tried to call back to arrange pickup and she proceeded to hangup on me again.... at this point I became suspicious that she just wanted to keep my money and my tree and had to send family out to straighten everything out in person due to me working and feeling like the more time that passes the more likely I was to lose my investment. this woman is a real trip, buyer beware

They walked through my yard to get to my neighbor's and as I was trying to get the worker's attention, they laughed at me and waved me off. I called their office and the woman taking my call said I was the one out of control. After I approached the workers because they were close to my property line, they continued to ridicule me. My final response, "all other vendors check in with the neighbors for access to their jobs." I was treated with disrespect. Not heard by office folks. Customer service is rude and not concerned with future business.

George, the owner, was very pleasant to work with and we collaborated on the landscape designs, discussing ideas and options. He also worked with me on keeping expenses within my budget. The crew members were so friendly and hardworking. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and appreciated that they did an excellent job of cleaning up after each work day. The end result was BEAUTIFUL!!! My neighbors really liked the landscaping and are planning to contact Greenkeepers to discuss their own landscape projects. The major problem came when he decided to text me the next morning scolding me like I was his child because I didn't let him know I got my situation taken care of. This texting went on for 15 - 20 minutes. I tried to let him know that I was sorry and things happen. I got busy and when I never heard confirmation, I assumed he couldn't make it. (On the phone he mentioned he might not be able to) He didn't seem to care about that and mentioned that he was ok if I left a bad review. I will never call this company again and his poor business skills will catch up to him one day!
