I had gone to one other place for lash lift and this was my first time here. My appointment time was actually pushed half an hour later than I had originally requested...sounds like they were running late with another client or something. I got there, checked in, and waited for a bit. They still took me a few minutes after my check in time, so don't plan too close to any other obligations you have! I had booked the appointment maybe 1 week in advance online. They did take a deposit, which is to be used towards your appointment. They take you to a large room where there are multiple chairs, so it's not exactly separated from other clients (like other places I've been to that do lashes). The lady who did my lash lift did not talk much but she seemed nice...maybe asked a few questions or mentioned a few words but that was it. It was also kind of assumed I had done lash lifts before because I don't recall being told to keep my eyes closed the whole time, even though I knew to do that. I had to kind of had to pay attention to what was happening to take cues on when to open my eyes. The lady doing my lashes was pretty gentle, such that I dozed off a bit. My lashes looked great afterwards. You have to keep from washing your eyelashes for 24 hours after. If you've never had a lash lift done, they might look unnatural, but I think that comes from how wet they look in pictures immediately after they are set with the perming solutions, but when they dry, they look like normal lashes, but just lifted. Anyway, they give you a complimentary little spoolie to brush them. Overall, it was a good experience, and I do plan on coming back. read more

The lady that did my lashes was very nice and attentive, however the lady who was at the cashier and took my money was rude. Their policies doesn't make any sense, they say use cash and there will be a discount and they didn't give any discount. Another thing is I made an appointment and they took a $20 deposit which I expected to be part of the full amount, however they took the full amount plus my $20 deposit and I paid with full cash, no discount like they say. read more

I had an appt for this upcoming week & was told the lash tech wouldn't be there the day of my appt & when I asked what days the lash tech would be there I was told "I don't know, you just need to keep an eye out online" like, hello babe, I scheduled my appt weeks in advance because timing is everything with lashes. One day you look like you could take flight with your eyeballs & the next you look like Izma from the emperors new groove. Idk the lack of concern, help, or knowledge of the girl I talked to from this location was underwhelming to say the least. read more

The lash service was great but I stopped going there several years ago. I moved to a lash lady closer to me and have not been back since. Thank goodness the card they had on file was lost and I got a new card because I have no less than 7 attempts from KV Lash to charge my card, 3 attempts in rapid succession on the 12th of this month. My bank has denied all charges thankfully but I am seriously unimpressed and wondering if there is any one I can report this to. I would either pay cash there and refuse to put a card on file or find someone else that won't try to charge you fraudulently years later. read more

Super easy to make an appointment online. I decided to give this place a try because it's hard to get an appointment with my regular lash tech, this location is more convenient to me, and the prices here are pretty good. Didn't care for the interior. It didn't look dirty but it didn't really feel clean. They're like a factory..they have a bunch (like 10) recliner chairs lined up down the middle of the place. Everyone is getting worked on at the same time like an orthodontists office. No privacy at all. Having a conversation would be weird and off putting to others. Pretty much everyone naps..heard a few people snoring. They asked what style, length, etc that I wanted. It can be hard to know this info if you've never had your lashes done before, but I think they would do what they think is best based on what you tell them you want. I appreciated them asking and giving me what I wanted, but I do hope that they would tell you if what you wanted wasn't possible or perhaps wouldn't look good. I got dramatic (between regular volume and mega volume). Jernet got them very full and even asked if I wanted more. I don't think my lashes could handle anymore tbh. My eyelids were weighed down and I think my eyes were only halfway open for a day or two lol. After a few days, my eyelids adjusted and they didn't look soo dramatic. My prior lash lady couldn't get them as full, but she also knew my lashes wouldn't do well with that many. The lashes need frequent brushing/combing to look good, especially after getting wet. And, they're not matching..one side is open eye and the other is between like doll eye and open eye because the lashes are all slanted/angled in the middle section. Tried their 100$ scalp treatment: 2/5 - was not greeted - product used for scalp: regular shampoo & mask - massage: was left with excessive lotion, did not attempt to wipe off with towel/warm towel - hair treatment: I'm blonde, and felt the lady didn't know how to untangle bottom up. Resulting in hair damage after completion of treatment: did not blow dry hair completely, I was left with damp hair, oily body from excessive lotion. I do not recommend the package, maybe for shorter hair people. read more

I've been visiting KVLash for over a year, but my experience hasn't been great. I continued going back because I appreciate the set price of $60. However, the customer service has been inconsistent. I've always had junior technicians working on me, and there seems to be a lack of care in their work. These women are essentially apprentices, and they could improve their bedside manner. Often, I felt as though they were gossiping about me in Vietnamese. There were even times when their tools unintentionally pulled out an eyelash, causing pain, and their response was simply an unempathetic "sorry." During my last visit, I experienced a burning sensation under the white pad they place underneath your eyes, but the technician didn't seem concerned. I had to mention it three times before they considered removing my lashes, and they even had to ask the manager if that was okay, which felt unnecessary. I'm really frustrated with their poor customer service, so I'm now looking for another technician who offers a similar price point. *** if you look at the owners response, you could see that the business is pretty cold to their customers. And it would be wise for them to realize that the beauty service industry is based on customer service and having a good bedside manner and making sure your customers are comfortable. It would be wise for them to take, constructive feedback and pass it on to their junior last technicians. I will not be booking with them in the future. read more

I don't understand how a 2 oz bottle of lash cleanser is $10 and they charge $20 for an 8 oz bottle that they no longer offer. My lash lady was sick, so I went to this location to get a fill (back story: I get my lashes filled, classic and slightly full, every two weeks, religiously by the same person x 2yrs)....wrong choice, bad mistake. I was told my lashes had a "bad condition" cause they were SLIGHTLY (evenly) grown out for two weeks, so they recommended I get ALL of my lashes removed instead of filled. I said no, I only want a fill with a slightly full, classic look. "We can't put lashes on bad condition" Since I was new, they wanted to completely start over, and charge me twice the price of a fill. I needed a fill, not an entirely new set. About three days after getting my lashes, my right eye started to be painful and I notified a small bump forming. I get my lashes done often enough to know that this wasn't normal. I know I'm not allergic to the glue because I've gotten my lashes done many times before and I'm different cities. I hate writing negative reviews, but I rely on Yelp for a lot of things. I expected better cleanliness and quality from a place with 4 and a half stars. On Sunday, I went to Urgent care for antibiotics before going to the salon to have the lashes removed. I asked for a full refund and to have them removed. The owner had me call customer service where they offered me half of my payment back - because of time and supplies. In my opinion, the lashes looked good while they were on but definitely not worth the hassle. Remember ladies - ONE BAD LASH JOB can lead to pain and swelling, a trip to urgent care, having to call out of work, and not being able to use eye makeup for the holidays. =/ read more

Took my kids to get their lashes done , spent 4 hours in the chair for a classic set . One of my kids asked to have corrective care due to the lashes not turning out how she asked . She couldn't see properly because of the lashes . The manager told her " you look like you ate and came back to tell me you don't like them " they then said they would remove the lashes only if she doesn't leave a review . Very disrespectful people and overall unprofessional. Horrible and would not recommend. There are way better places . read more

I booked an appointment for lash extensions with Van for 10.28.2020. Once the appointment was scheduled I received regular text messages reminding me of my appointment, directing me to a link if I needed to change my appointment, then a reminder for the day of my appointment. I also received a phone call confirmation from Van an hour before the scheduled tine. Their texting system works well, it's easy to use and gives me calendar day and time options to change my appointment. I paid a $20 deposit vis Venmo. The salon is clean, quiet with soft music plays in the background. The individual stations include large overstuffed comfortable recliner chairs. The temperature is comfortable not cool or hot. Van was friendly, polite and listened to what I wanted my lashes to look like. She was very helpful, too. The new set took about 2 and 1/2 hours. I fell asleep, too. Although they are a bit pricy they turned out great. My lashes are full, They make my eyes pop, they look great plus I don't have to wear mascara. They accept various apps for payment but slso cash. read more

I went yesterday and gave them a good review because they did a good job it seemed like at first. It was itching when she was doing my lashes and I told her a few times f. When she was done I opened my eyes and they hurt extremely bad but the lady said it would go away shortly . It did not , and the 2nd day it got worse . My eyes were super red and it seems as if a blood vessel broke in both eyes . I called them today to let them know and they said that it's "normal" and to give it another day and I should be fine . I'm giving it one more day to see improvements. Usually I go to amazing lash studio but decided to give this place a try . Never again read more
