Another customer told me how honorable the store is which can be challenging when dealing with old valuable guitars. The store has a gorgeous repair room downstairs and then up a narrow curving staircase to the playing rooms. Lovely. Can't wait to go again and I have my eye on one of his older Martins.

I was just walking down a random street and popped into this shop because I saw that they looked…read morelike they might repair phones and I was desperate to replace my iphone 5 battery. I went in and was surprised by how fair the pricing was! I paid only 25 euros for my battery to be replaced with a brand new one and it's working great! It used to die after like an hour of use and now I had it fully charged last night and it has lasted me all day. I'm so happy! I also purchased a tempered glass screen protector there and it's really nice :) I'm very happy with their services here and I would recommend going there to anyone. They also fix screens, sell other mobile phone accessories, and they have computers in the back where people can pay a small fee to use the internet. Their prices seemed very fair to me. Back in the US I paid around 75 euros at a similar shop to have my screen fixed on an iPhone 4s and this shop did it for around 35 euros I think... That's a massive difference! Check this place out for fast and good service at a good price :)

Being overseas in the U.S. and seeking printing partners can be a challenge. Time differences,…read morepaper format differences, delays in communication, language barriers, etc. With only two weeks to my print deadline, I reached out to three potential print partners: a trade show booth manufacturer, a printer broker and Copy Top. I called all three. The first two spoke English and deal with international clients all the time. Copy Top's team in their Grande Armee location did not speak it fluently enough. So, I sent an email with my request in broken French. The other two options assured me they could help. Yet, they were sporadic in communication--which didn't inspire trust--something that is critical when I am thousands of miles away. Copy Top passed my inquiry to their English-speaking Director of Sales, who called me immediately, and stayed in touch with me through the whole process. He worked with me on sizing and paper weight adjustments that were comparable to what I would use in the US. He went the extra mile and researched some of that material for me. He ensured the project was done on time and delivered to my client. I can't thank them enough. My client was happy with the products and I found a new partner overseas. The only reason why this isn't a 5-star review is simply the cost. The other potential printers quoted me anywhere from 1/3 to 1/2 the price. But, if peace of mind is critical to you as it was for me in this instance, it was worth the investment.

There were some delays on DHL's end but delivery was finally completed. The crating was the finest work I've ever seen. The painting was secured and padded extensively, completely protected. I wouldn't use anybody else to ship high value items from Paris in the future.

So, inexplicably, my MacBook kept turning itself off. Brought it into these guys.
