They then denied me treatment due to a medical situation that would not have caused the problems they were claiming. I left very upset and consulted my Dr who disputed their claims. I am now under going treatment at another facility with no adverse reactions or complications. I would call their expertise in the services they provide into question. I got once every 2 months and each time the laser strength increases. She gives ice packs to ice the area before she lasers it, and she always is quick and I tell her if I need a quick break. They also offer me water and wine every time I go. there is never a long wait. The new location (which is next door to their old one) is very well decorated! Love this place.
