Smitty's Body Shop - Poor fitment after the fender was "repaired".

Im going to start off by saying I would never try and tarnish a small business, but smittys has no…read morebusiness touching your vehicle. My 2018 Jeep grand Cherokee was dropped off with very minimal body damage from hitting a deer. After having my car for 30 days my wife went and picked it up. After getting home from work I looked it over to make sure everything was ok, I couldn't believe how poor the work was. The first thing I noticed was the orange peel, it is horrendous taking all of the gloss out of the paint. After further review I found damage on the passenger fender from where the dropped the hood on the fender, and then painted and cleared over the chip without repairing it. The edges of the hood near the windshield had no basecoat and a dusting of clear, fender that was repaired was still dented, and the body gaps were almost a half inch. He then superglued the bumper to the fender (yes he superglued the bumper) because the bumper wouldn't snap into place in the poorly repaired fender. As If things weren't bad enough already at this point, there were chips in the fender and drivers door from the fender being pushed into the door that was cleared over with no basecoat. To top it all off the car was "buffed" to help with the orange peel. Which resulted in multiple dull spots, buffer trails, and scratches on brand new clear coat. The next morning I called the shop and explained the issues and let them know I would be bringing the car back. I went over all of the issues and was scheduled to bring it back two weeks later. Fast forward to this evening, when I picked the car back up. Orange peel is just as bad, fender that was repaired is not right, there is overspray and scratches from sanding/buffing on the door that should have never been touched. There is more trash in the paint than I have ever seen from anything outside of a diy job. I cannot believe this is an acceptable finish product by any shop. This was not a budget backyard repair, but an over $6000 bill to my insurance company for something that looks like it was painted with a 1/2" nap roller. I am not stuck with an embarrassing car, that has dramatically lost value over a very minor accident. I am disappointed and would urge anybody looking for a body shop to go elsewhere. You will not get results that are anywhere close to an oem finish, I'd say it's a step down from macco at best.
