The staff are nice and prefer cash. Credit card charges are allowed for €50+ which isn't hard to do. There's also coat check as you walk in. Music is typical German techno dance and also some English songs are mixed in from time to time.

Today we visited Trofana Alm for after skiing. We arrived when they opened at 1500 and the majority…read moreof the tables had a reserved sign on them. We were a large group of 16 and we were seated at two different tables next to each other. Apparently two different waiters were serving the two tables and it was a great problem for them that we were a united group. They were also annoyed that we were standing next a table even though there were no people at this table. Very unprofessional that an internal procedure should become a problem for our group and we ended up leaving shortly after. I would reconsider going here for after Skiing as there are many great options in Ischgl.
