Hello, I visited the drive thru at the store # k055006 340 Maple st. At the above time and date. Cashier was Gabby. My ticket # 1466. I ordered a 12 pc. Meal which I do most times that I order there. When I got it home and opened it up to eat with my wife I noticed the chicken looked like not enough for a 12 piece. So I counted it and there's only 8 pieces in the barrel. Then I open the mashed potatoes and noticed they were both half full. This has never happened before as we frequent this location. It was I think around 9:05 we just finished a soccer game so we had lots of kids I could have went anywhere but chose your store I spent $55.79 to get a 12pc meal and a 3 pc chicken tender meal the lady stated the didn't have that much chicken so she asked what we would like I told her will take the 12pc ch and the 3pc tender meal only to get chicken scraps whit biscuits, chicken tenders that were cut in half to try to compete the order at this point I tried calling them but it was closed so I left a message I received a call to days later fr a manager he told me basically that I did come too late at night and I told him what difference did I make you were open he told me he was just a sub manager and that he would relay the message two days later I got a call from the manager. I told her everything that happened. She said she would get back with me, the phone I waited I got no phone call. I want to say maybe 45 days four days after that phone call that I made to them I end up coming back out to Victorville because I live in Corona and I stopped by the store only to be told that I waited too long to pick up my Free order was never given us specific time to pick up the order but when I went in, she told me I can't replace your whole order. I applied. Successfully gained employment. Did my online tax info ect ect. Was promises a position and then before I ever had the chance to start. I received a email in which stated that I was fired. I never even worked a shift. Without any good reason for dismissal. Just like that no phone call no text. Just a big fat slap in the face. Where do I begin first on my first day of employment? I was not put in the system second day still not putting the system. Still not putting the system in so on my application was mixed up with three other applications when I was training I was put on cooking chicken for 10 hours straight and that was my last day of employment with them. Come to find out through corporate office and training. I should've only been on that station for two hours certified and moved on, they abused me. Nobody speaks English. They speak Spanish even though we are in America and our country and you should be speaking English so that all staff no English and Spanish is secondary. This was definitely language barriers. A lot of customer complaints and manager on duty house, district manager, not helpful Payday comes May 3. No paycheck resources assured me because my district manager reached out to and he called and put a ticket in the reassured me on Wednesday, May 5. My check would be there. It is not there today. Every number that is listed is not working very poor communication, nobody seems to know anything my guess it has something to do with the class section lawsuit that is out of Las Vegas, which I will be reaching out to those attorneys as well, including the labor department here for my state of Florida and the attorney generals office today not to mention I will be reaching out to the CEO This is absolutely absurd that I have been almost 4 weeks without a paycheck I could give it. Ordered online thru door dash an 8 pc bucket all dark and got 6 pieces 4 of which were white meat. called the store explained the situation the manager said she packed it herself. At which point I told her exactly what I got. she informed me that I needed to bring the chicken in for her to do anything about it. I drove to the store got the manager and told her I wanted 8 pieces of "fresh" chicken because by now it was cold. I asked for a refund she said she couldn't do that. I am leaving a review on KFC: 219 Bypass-72 NW, Greenwood, SC 29646 (864) 229-2421. We have made 5+ complaints from store level to district manager with ZERO resolutions. This is not from one visit, it comes from about a 2 month span. I would never EVER EVER recommend that anyone visit this particular location. Their staff is the worst I have ever seen. They are so unbelievably rude and tacky. As far as customer service, OMG.... they should not be allowed to be seen or speak to a customer at all. They stand around talking to each other, are on their phones, eating for everyone to see, cursing back and forth and ignoring customers as if they/we aren't even standing there. Went through the drive-thru today and the girl never made eye contact. She handed me my order, I said thank you and the response I received was "MmmHmm". SERIOUSLY? No amount of calling, no matter how high up the ladder we go, there is no resolution. You may ask "well why keep going there". My little grandson has an eating disorder and as we work through it, mashed potatoes and gravy are one of the few things he can eat. Otherwise, we would NEVER walk trough their doors again.
