Hello my name is Joshua, I am sitting at the KFC in Kingman Arizona; and I am quite pleased with the service I got. The employees followed KFC's protocols to the t. I would also like to make special note of five names from this KFC, the names are as follows. Francis, Stephanie, Holly, and Thomas. These employees did everything they could to make my stay and my food worth getting. Thank you for your time Former employee Joshua McRae Baker Cooper-Cooper read more

Hello, I visited the drive thru at the store # k055006 340 Maple st. At the above time and date. Cashier was Gabby. My ticket # 1466. I ordered a 12 pc. Meal which I do most times that I order there. When I got it home and opened it up to eat with my wife I noticed the chicken looked like not enough for a 12 piece. So I counted it and there's only 8 pieces in the barrel. Then I open the mashed potatoes and noticed they were both half full. This has never happened before as we frequent this location. Now I'll have to make an additional trip back to try to get my money back for the missing pieces and missing mashed potatoes. Very disappointed read more

Hello my name is Mi Green I recently ordered from o of your stores in Victorville were my services all around were horrible!! It was I think around 9:05 we just finished a soccer game so we had lots of kids I could have went anywhere but chose your store I spent $55.79 to get a 12pc meal and a 3 pc chicken tender meal the lady stated the didn't have that much chicken so she asked what we would like I told her will take the 12pc ch and the 3pc tender meal only to get chicken scraps whit biscuits, chicken tenders that were cut in half to try to compete the order at this point I tried calling them but it was closed so I left a message I received a call to days later fr a manager he told me basically that I did come too late at night and I told him what difference did I make you were open he told me he was just a sub manager and that he would relay the message two days later I got a call from the manager. I told her everything that happened. She said she would get back with me, the phone I waited I got no phone call. I want to say maybe 45 days four days after that phone call that I made to them I end up coming back out to Victorville because I live in Corona and I stopped by the store only to be told that I waited too long to pick up my Free order was never given us specific time to pick up the order but when I went in, she told me I can't replace your whole order. I ask her what part of the order can you replace? She said let me call my manager. Her name was Cassidy she called the manager, came back and told me that I couldn't get a refund because I waited too late. read more

Can't get a real person on the phone and no help at all with my unresolved issue. My son was an employee at kfc last year. We moved before w2's were mailed out. We contacted his previous manager and she said we had to contact corporate to update his address. I have tried multiple times and called every number on the internet and given to me through the automated system. It's one dead end after another. My son is unable to file his taxes because of this. read more

If I can give a 4th of a star to this store I would! Horrible customer service from Adrien who yelped at us to come inside to order instead of using the drive through window. Me, my husband and my son went inside to order the food and we were given burnt biscuit, over dried chicken, no cookies, no ice for drinks and one huge attitude from Adrien the cashier. When I took the biscuits back up to the front to show her so that they can be replaced she yelped out "that's how they are and we are giving no more" I couldn't believe it! She wanted us to take those hard disks and eat them! So I told her that I am going to take pictures and she shrugged her shoulders at me. That place on 4th Avenue in Brooklyn is a sad sight also, very filthy and under staffed. Shoppers beware!!!! read more

I applied. Successfully gained employment. Did my online tax info ect ect. Was promises a position and then before I ever had the chance to start. I received a email in which stated that I was fired. I never even worked a shift. Without any good reason for dismissal. Just like that no phone call no text. Just a big fat slap in the face. I put my job search on hold and in good faith that I was going to have a chance to start working here and even was given the idea that I would be able to train and move up into management easily and quickly. All lies. Looks like I was demoted and shit out much easier. read more

Where do I begin first on my first day of employment? I was not put in the system second day still not putting the system. Still not putting the system in so on my application was mixed up with three other applications when I was training I was put on cooking chicken for 10 hours straight and that was my last day of employment with them. Come to find out through corporate office and training. I should've only been on that station for two hours certified and moved on, they abused me. Nobody speaks English. They speak Spanish even though we are in America and our country and you should be speaking English so that all staff no English and Spanish is secondary. This was definitely language barriers. A lot of customer complaints and manager on duty house, district manager, not helpful Payday comes May 3. No paycheck resources assured me because my district manager reached out to and he called and put a ticket in the reassured me on Wednesday, May 5. My check would be there. It is not there today. Every number that is listed is not working very poor communication, nobody seems to know anything my guess it has something to do with the class section lawsuit that is out of Las Vegas, which I will be reaching out to those attorneys as well, including the labor department here for my state of Florida and the attorney generals office today not to mention I will be reaching out to the CEO This is absolutely absurd that I have been almost 4 weeks without a paycheck I could give it. I would not recommend this company to work for they don't provide compensation for the rules the duties, including assistant managers when other companies are paying almost $30,000 more in the state of Florida for an assistant manager, shame on you KFC read more

Ordered online thru door dash an 8 pc bucket all dark and got 6 pieces 4 of which were white meat. called the store explained the situation the manager said she packed it herself. At which point I told her exactly what I got. she informed me that I needed to bring the chicken in for her to do anything about it. I drove to the store got the manager and told her I wanted 8 pieces of "fresh" chicken because by now it was cold. I asked for a refund she said she couldn't do that. I told her I wanted all dark, was told she couldn't do that. I asked her what exactly it was she could do and she said give you tow pei of chicken . I told her I wanted dark meat and again she said she couldn't do that. If the app has the option of all dark I should get all dark. If the manager can't provide what I paid for they should be able to refund my purchase. Don't go to KFC 1050 N Academy Colorado Springs Colorado 80909! read more

KFC in No Las Vegas NV sucks. Everything we tried to order they were out of, no breast, no wings, no pot pies. Then when I get home half of order is missing, 2 cold slaws, corn, side of gravy, 2 biscuits. Then when you call them, the manager says we have the wrong number. The following day we called the same number and we're told to come get what was missing. No remorse, No offer of can we offer you a meal on us for your trouble or we'd like to show you that we value your business and the next one is on us, NOTHING! Since Corona virus, we're getting less and paying more. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past. And the excuse is we're short handed. People need to protest with their wallets. Eat at home. Regardless of what your problems are, be professional, clean and respectful of people's hard earned money. #KFC@Ann&Decatur read more

I am leaving a review on KFC: 219 Bypass-72 NW, Greenwood, SC 29646 (864) 229-2421. We have made 5+ complaints from store level to district manager with ZERO resolutions. This is not from one visit, it comes from about a 2 month span. I would never EVER EVER recommend that anyone visit this particular location. Their staff is the worst I have ever seen. They are so unbelievably rude and tacky. As far as customer service, OMG.... they should not be allowed to be seen or speak to a customer at all. They stand around talking to each other, are on their phones, eating for everyone to see, cursing back and forth and ignoring customers as if they/we aren't even standing there. Went through the drive-thru today and the girl never made eye contact. She handed me my order, I said thank you and the response I received was "MmmHmm". SERIOUSLY? No amount of calling, no matter how high up the ladder we go, there is no resolution. You may ask "well why keep going there". My little grandson has an eating disorder and as we work through it, mashed potatoes and gravy are one of the few things he can eat. Otherwise, we would NEVER walk trough their doors again. If you are ever in Greenwood, avoid this location like the plague. read more
