I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. They never responded. Before you spend one dime of your money here, please ask this company about their D- BBB rating. My rating does not even include their incompetence, rudeness or poor customer service. Sieri again to do a remodel of our bathroom: ripped out the tub to add a walk-in shower, redo cracked drywall from when we lifted our house eight years ago, and add some lights. Again, we were working with a small footprint and Joe was able to help us plan our design. At every stage of both of our remodel jobs Joe and his crew were available, responsive, and dependable.
