The pool is large by gym standards there is a steam room sauna and jacuzzi. I am 64 and I was given a tour of the gym try out of the facilities. I felt no sales pressure. I joined, was given a health questionaire and my blood pressur taken. I was given a exercise programme. I paid one year in advance and got a 2 month discount.
