Crystal, the manager, gave me the suggestion of using a color remover with detailed instructions, which I followed her instructions to the tee and it worked perfectly! and then suggested how I go about using the bleach/developer and then the dye. Everything was a 3-4 day process (you shouldn't dye immediately after using color remover) Crystal is very knowledgeable and kind. They even called the other pharmacy to get both prescriptions and had them filled in less than 15 min from the time I got in touch with them!! Also had COVID shots there and was no problem getting it done. Store is always neat and clean. Typically has what I need on shelf and well stocked. Occasionally seems to take longer for online refill orders to get through system but never a major problem. I switched to this location because I was disappointed with service at another location but wanted to stick with Walgreens so I have been very pleased.
