We contacted Noel of K-T Electronics to see if they could send someone over to make sure the system was working and properly set up our new phone number. They were fast getting us scheduled and sent a great guy (Charlie) who was friendly and very knowledgeable. Charlie knew what he was doing and was fast getting things up and operating. He took the time to show us how to operate the system. We highly recommend them. read more

Pretty dam expensive, and they work slow. They charged me $175 for the first half hour to terminate network cables. That is nuts. They guy also rummaged through his bag a few times, and went up and down the stairs a few times. It seemed like he was trying to work slow to cover the time. I had my regular person terminate the next one's and he did it in half the time, tested and done. I would never recommend this company for anything. They are just so expensive and work slow. read more
