They are (obviously) a family business, and they do have their showroom in the city along with one out at Holden Hill, there's a web site and a factory where they do the building of the various elements that then get expertly fitted into your renovated home, your new home or your facility. They are not the costless version of kitchen fitters, they're not the most expensive but they are in the high end range price wise; you only have to look at the style elements and materials they favour to get an idea of how beautiful their work is, and how superior it is to the more generic kitchens available at places like Bunnings. If you have to capital to create your own dream home I would suggest you visit their website for a browse, and then get an appointment to go into the gorgeous showroom in the city if you want a more hands on experience.

We also complained about the workmanship of their installers but it has fallen on deaf ears. We spent thousands of dollars on a month-old cladding and the tradie did not think of putting the drain along the door frame. We tried painting on the white tubes but it is still unsightly in my opinion. The second photo shows the holes and one drill dent that cannot be hidden by the plastic capping. We were surprised that they tried drilling through the support beam of the door. I thought they would have the right tool to figure out if the surface they are drilling on is too thick. We are very unimpressed. ------------------------- Update: Someone from Climat Holden Hill contacted me and did his best to rectify the issue. It is comforting to know that they are very concerned with how their customers perceive their products and services.

We discovered that the wood stove vent pipe (flue) and the stove itself was spewing smoke and not drafting properly. We called Hills Clean Sweep and spoke with the owner, Jason Tait. He came out and looked at the situation and gave us his opinion ... I have been doing remodeling for around 30 years and I know an honest tradesman when I see one. Jason told us that the flue was installed improperly 19 years ago (I concur) and that he could clean it, but the results would be poor. We need to have the flue replaced. Jason actually declined a job that he could have performed and charged for, and he gave us honest and valuable information as well as some good referrals for sheet metal installers. Jason communicates well, gives a small window of arrival time for your appointment, and shows up on time. He is well-equipped, careful, courteous, and a genuinely nice guy. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommended.

Whether its Commercial or Residential you're dealing with the same 2 directors. We asked bamboo flooring SA who could install the bamboo flooring we bought from them, they had one of the directors of knox constructions ring us who then came to quote the installation of the bamboo floor. The 2 directors personally worked on the floor laying, kitchen installation, green house building, and wet area renovations. The results are very poor with MULTIPLE STRUCTURAL FAULTS. Work 'completed' is well below industry standard. One of the directors may hold a licence for residential building not exceeding two story and commercial building work not exceeding two story, though neither knew what they were doing on this build. We would not recommend this business to anyone. Beware of these people. MULTIPLE STRUCTURAL DEFECTS We regret hiring these incompetents and are pursuing them through the appropriate channels. Beware of this two-man band at all costs!!

They don't usually do installation but in this case they did for me. They provided the cheapest quote out of three others I saw ($1100 less! ). There is no sales pitch or attitude that you often get from well known flooring companies like carpet court. Michael the owner is straight up. There was a bit of a hick up with the installer, but he made sure it got done and even helped out himself. I couldn't have asked for anything better. I'm really happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

Even with the surprise of COVID lockdown, the guy stayed late to ensure he completed work to a high standard and didn't lose time when able to come back to job.
