It's a vine bar with a large selection of very good wines with no written down vine list and a tapas bar with no written down menu. Thus competent service from the staff is very important. When I visited a Friday evening with my deaf girlfriend, she did the communication with the waiter and waitress and started with asking for pen and paper. The service turned out to be extraordinary good. When the waitres returned with our tapas menu, she had prepared the serving with writing all details in the serving down - and with this as tool she very kind presented the menu for us in details. The tapas was a nice mixture between different fresh Danish and Spanish salamis, French and Italian dry-cured hams, French, Spanish and Danish cheeses, olives, pesto and aioli.
But it's the wines it's all about. We chose to drink a selection of Spanish, Italian, French and Californian wine. With this being our wish the wine waiter returned with four wines that all were at least very good - one being excellent (from Haywood Vinery in Sonoma Valley California, a Cabernet from 2009).
Mark up on vines are reasonable for Copenhagen. The concept is that you only pay for the exact amount you have consumed.
We had a lovely evening and my deaf girlfriend was able to understand everything.
