I have been to a lot of restaurants in the US and beyond, especially healthy ones. Mom's Table is extremely unique. They serve delicious vegan food that is anything but bland. Delicious salad bar, curries, gnocchi, stuffed potatoes, smoothies, amazing raw desserts... and every single ingredient they use is organic/biologique. I was told by the chef that the recipes were very carefully crafted over months and months of hard work. You can literally feel the love, time, and energy that has been put into this place. Otherwise continue to seek elsewhere as we all do in Bavaria for a decent hamburger.
