They also installed a sturdy downspout at the back of the house at that time. Ricky and his crew recently came back out and put some additional flashing on the roof to help redirect water off the front of the house and we are so happy with their work. They are polite, professional and show up when they say they will. I recommend Harrison Seamless Guttering without a doubt and will use them when we need new gutters. Upon closer inspection after the work was "completed" - it was clear his work was sloppy. - Screened in Porch... oil based stain spilled on the cement floor of our screened in porch and on our furniture (both are unable to be removed). Many areas that he "stained" were left bare - ie... anywhere not at eye level he ignored. These areas, undersides of horizontal frame work on the porch (inside & out), can be seen when sitting on our furniture. Fence... He did not stain/ignored areas on undersides of cross rails and in between slats in the fence. When I discovered this, I cancelled an upcoming project (paid in advance) and asked him for a refund of labor cost for it, and agreed to let him keep the materials fees. He stated he would, however it has been several months since - no refund/no response to messages.
