As the owners and waiters are not from any Spanish speaking country, although they pretend by throwing around Spanish words, they apparently lack the knowledge how to properly prepare tacos, enchiladas and salsa. They really struggled when a family from Spain approached them in Spanish. Instead of salsa, they add some kind of ketchup to little jars. Also, while you wait for your main course, most Mexican places would serve you some chips with salsa - don't expect this here. The price level is fairly high, even considering Binz being a popular resort.

On arrival, what a nice sunny day it was, we decided to sit outside first for some drink on the beautifull terras, this turned out to be the first mistake, it took 20 minutes before the drinks arrived! To long. When we finally decided to go upstairs for our dinner at 8:15pm it took them 30 minutes to get our orders. Not minding some time to talk by the time we ordered we had been talking for 1hour and 15 minutes. It took the kitchen another 45 minutes to get our meals to the tables. The dinner was not up to scratch, the steak was over done and dry. It had clearly been sitting somewhere to long. It was a very disappointing experience!
