Worst service I received in Santiago…read more I asked for some milk with my coffee and the three women behind the counter just kept arguing that milk doesn't come with it. I said, "para comprar!" and they charged my card another .35 cents in order to make a point. When I said, "Lo siento" one of the employees snickered and repeated me as if in a mocking tone or as if to say "Oh, I'm sorry covers it?" I'm unsure her intention, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't kind. I tell you what......there are too many choices of coffee shops to act like a bigot and get away with it.

I haven't tried any of the cakes, pies or anything off the menu, but they do set menus for lunch in the 5,000 CLP range. My main moan here in the service...you can sit down and no one serves you. Last time I was there with my other pregnant friend...you can imagine two ladies, both 8 months pregnant, sitting for 30 mins trying to flag down a waitress to take our order while they served tables all around us and turned a blind eye. Not fun!
