Purchase brand new Manufactured home. Have had nothing but major problems electrical problems. 2 holes in the roof AC ducts condensating and backing up in the ceiling. The home. Currently hase a major mold problem. Kabco promise to address the problem have a company come out and due mold Remediation to date nothing has been done about the mold. They will not answer my calls or my emails. I've had electrical problems to the point it was shorting out the home. Hot water heater didn't work back door didn't open properly the carpet was dry rot sinks were repaired five times for leaks. Canister lights were replaced 3 times before they stopped shorting out. Still one is not working properly. Service manager is a liar very nast person. Mr lander serivice Manager told me my mold test company was fake that they tell you have mold so they can get to clean up job. They are two different companies due to conflict of interest but he's very uneducated in mold issue. Service manager told me I am supposed to tar my roof Every year, yet the shingles they had installed were not lined up properly as well. You do not tar roof with shingles. Also soft spots in the roof we're normal according to him. Owner of the company's son promised to replace the home If I let them come rip it apart and do the repairs, if it failed second mold test , which they were supposed to pay for and reimburse me for the first one , he would replace the home. He has not done either and will not take my calls. They did not address the mold problem. They replaced the roof put me through hell slamming bundles of Fake roof shingles onto the roof who knows what kind of damage they did doing that. They replaced some of the duckwork in the process the water came pouring out of the duck work. They pinched off the flow to my master bedroom, I have very little air flow in there. I tried to be patient until pushed too far now I have been very ugly with them , because i'm tired of being taken advantage and walked on. They are not honoring their word. Horrible, company would never recommend them not even to my worst enemy. People in jail are living in a better place than I am. I am living in a house infested with mold everything I own has been ruined. It's been 2 years now that I'm living in a mold infested home and I'm allergic to it. My health is declining. I cannot sell it without forking out 3 grand myself to remediate the mold which was caused from their defect. I want everybody in the world to know to not buy kabco manufactured home unless they want to go through the nightmare I have. Consumer affairs fire Marshal. Better Business Bureau will not help me. It will cost me $10,000 for an attorney which I do not have or should not have to fork out that kind of money since I brought a brand new home, I did not want to deal with repairs. This is why I bought brand new. I have been through 25 repairs or more nothing but a nightmare very poor quality manufactured home.. Horrible owners and service managers to deal with. I bought this home from yurezz Home center in mcrae helena georgia supposed to come with a lifetime warranty. They too Are ignoring me They were cited by the state for not properly installing vapor barrier, missing a pillar, improperly installed skirting. hole in the ac unit which is creating a swamp under my mobile home. They told the state the repairs were done and they were not now the state Is not following up on the second inspection. read more

Great warranty service! Sent a new crew 3 times to make sure all was done correctly. No problem was too small. Mike (warranty rep) always courteous and helpful. He bent over backward to make me happy with my home. I loved my Kabco purchase from the moment I set foot in it but having the absolute cooperation from warranty made this purchase worth double what I paid. The service teams were great. Always polite and professional. Always cleaned up after themselves. Never backed away from any job even when they had to move heavy furniture, take cupboards off walls or move loads of things out of a room to fix flooring. Always making sure you are happy with the finished product! Kabco homes are very well built and the layout is great. I have a few suggestions on things that could be changed like no stucco, non textured flooring, more drawers in the kitchen and bathroom and ceiling fans in bedrooms. Just some suggestions from a buyers point of view. Thank you Kabco Builders for the beautiful home, excellent follow up services and the great encounters I had with your employees. Two years into our home, thousands spent to fix cosmetic issues never repaired. I still have kitchen drawers that won't open or close, a gap in the front door seal, crown molding falling off, cracks where countertops were poorly fabricated, holes in the vinyl siding, doors that won't shut, missing grout in the shower...etc. etc. etc. Their make ready crew was incompetent at best, frankly much worse. Simple things, given a sheet of felt bumpers to stop cabinet door noise, the crew meticulously installed the bumpers over the handle screws. Downright stupid. We had multiple poorly scheduled, poorly managed warranty visits, consisting of their employee working 8 minutes, resting in his truck on his phone the other 52 minutes of each hour. We've had lots of things fixed out of our own pocket. The ceiling texture was horrible. We had three experts look at it and say it had to be completely removed to make it right, then retextured. We paid for the scraping and are saving up for the new texture. Frankly, the rough scraped drywall looks better than what was applied. We paid over 175k 2 years ago for this house, and when the closet rods fall out of the supports, I can't open kitchen drawers, you can see light around the closed front door, (which one of their idiots fixed with a piece of Styrofoam instead of fixing the weather stripping) and knowing how much we've spent to fix umpteen problems so far, we understand the meaning of getting screwed as a consumer. read more

Poorest made home ever! The craftsmanship of this home was unbelievably disappointing. We saved for over 20 years to purchase our retirement home and nothing but problems since we got it. Hours trying to nail trim and strips back on the walls, 5 out of 9 drawers in the house had to be repaired to open or close, water leak in the bathroom from the cold water connection in the tub, (still waiting for them to repair the floor) water in our globes in both bathrooms and hallway, it took 2 months to get our storm door put on and it leaks water every time it rains, sit in the commode and the walls creak, 4 ceiling cracks, the kitchen sprayer lasted less than 30 days (we replaced it) kitchen sink faucet pops everytime you turn it on, had to repair both front and back door locks to even dead bolt our door, insulation and building supplies in all vents, putty and some sort of Caulking on all the floors and walls (I spent hours cleaning them), and to top it all off...the house arrived on our land with ROACHES! Brand new house!!! We have professionally had it sprayed twice! Who ever the crew was that built this home took NO pride in the process and it should have never passed any inspection. I have only listed some of the problems. We certainly expected a much better built home for 94,000.00!!! I suggest you look around for quality, unless you don't care.
