I normally go for a cut and colour on every visit and i am always very happy with the outcome. They take the town to sit with you and help you decide what you want done, and choose the colour that is just right for your hair. The prices are very reasonable, but its definitely not cheap. A cut and colour will set you back around £90. I am always very happy to pay that because the service is great and because i only go once every 6 weeks. If anybody is looking for a nice hairdresser with great friendly staff, try Tiffs. Tiffs is located along Railway St near School Time.

I took my daugter to Kacy's to get her first eyelash tint, as we were going on holiday. I would never go there again! I had assured my daughter that it was totally painless and was, in fact, quite relaxing. I let my daughter go upstairs with the young girl, while I sat in the waiting area. They did not seem as if they were upstairs for very long, before they were down again and I was paying the money. When we got home my daughter said that she would never have it done again and how much it had hurt her. I then noticed that both of her eyes were sore and bright red! She said that it had stung her so much that the girl was panicking and trying to find something to rinse her eyes out with. Some how she had managed to get the dye in her eyes! I have since then asked around and, she had obviously, put too much dye on the lashes so it had seeped through to her eyes. All the girls seemed quite young in the shop and they seemed to 'do a bit of this and a bit of that'. I would never use this shop again and would never recommend it to anyone else! read more

i started going to kacys last march as was getting married and wanted nice nails as have always bitten them,i grew them enough to have them wrapped and its the best thing i have ever done.The staff are lovely really friendly and the salon has a lovely atmosphere i now go every three weeks to have infills and have the occasional fake bake tan,they have just got a new beauty therapist who does the most amazing eyelash extension and the prices are really good value. read more

My teenage daughter and I visit Kacys to have our eyebrows waxed, teenagers need to have an adult with them. The Beautician is very professional indeed, cant fault Kaceys, they treat everyone equally, you feel very welcome when you go in and it is a nice trendy very clean salon. Love it that they have moved to new premisies, with a car park acroos the road so easy to access. read more

I left the salon feeling absolutely great and very relaxed and pampered. My hair looked great- the best it has ever looked and the nicest it has ever been cut. In the past I have had a bad experience at a haidressers but from the moment I met Victoria I felt at ease. Victoria was extremely personable and helpful. The best thing this salon is really reasonably priced too. I have now found myself a new hairdresser.

They have 4 hair stylists all of different levels. The owner of the shop is the head stylist and she is absolutely lovely. The other girls are also lovely and will give you their honest opinion if you decide to go for a change .. something i am too scared to do. ha ha. Their prices are fantastic considering it could cost triple to have a colour and cut elsewhere. They have a forecourt directly outside their shop which you can use as parking. They also sells hair products such as shampoos (which they are using on their clients when washing their hair to promote the product), hair equipment (i.e.GHDs) etc. Their services range from cuts, colours, bridal hair and hair styling. This is a very popular salon. There is nothing they won't do or go out of their way to help you on. This is not just a salonfor woman - men are also catered for here. Highly recommend.
