Premium pomelo, shallots, mints, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, with chili lime dressing 10/10 - Hor Mok Pu: Grilled crab meat custard wrapped with banana leaf 8/10 this one is also delicious but a bit pricy. $30 for one small Hor Mok even there is a chunk for crab meat in it. The potion is too small like appetizer option for me. I ordered from their website because the price is lower than another platform. Picture of food that their put on the website is nice and seem to be a big potion. Even when I picked the food up, I looked at the food on the customer table, it looked like big potion too. dishes were really similar to soothr. i liked the concept where they just continuously give you rice. issue is we made a reservation at 7:30, and weren't seated until 8. the space is pretty small so we had to stand outside to wait. i understand that things happen, but it seems that the table was actually finished eating - they should have let them know that there's a reservation after them waiting. they comped our teas which was nice but i think 30 mins when there's a reservation was a little egregious. read more

As a party of four, we cleaned plates on two appetizers, five entrees, and two desserts. Everything was so good, it makes me want to visit Thailand again. My favorite: soft shell crab curry, mackerel, seafood pad kee mao, banana blossom salad, and the taro dessert (must get!). Some of my favorite food of the year so far! The prices here are high, but the food is delicious and this place is perfect for a date night. The ambiance is relaxing with dimmed lighting, soothing music and luxurious decor to match. The menu features a variety of little-known traditional thai dishes. While the dish names are written in thai and lacks images, our server is sweet and knowledgeable. She enthusiastically introduces us their best didjes and is attentive throughout the dinner. ＊La Tiang*** La Tiang is a type of traditional royal snack made of shrimp, pork, and peanuts envelopped together in a square shape of a thin mesh omelette net. I've never seen such dish before. The delicacy and uniqueness leave us in awe. ＊Gong Sa Rong** The deep fried jumbo shrimps are wrapped with crispy noodle. The outer layer is crispy, while the shrimp is bouncy and fresh. The sweet chili sauce on the side adds tangy sweetness to the dish. ＊Salted Egg with Five-spiced Pork*** The thickly sliced pork belly is simmered in a sweet and deeply flavored broth with herbs. The salted duck egg is too salty on its own, but it gives an umami taste to the dish. This pot of braised pork is a rice thief, but don't worry it comes with a giant silver pot of rice. ＊Poh Tak Talay It is a spicy bouillabaisse served with mixed seafood, including jumbo shrimps, mussels, squids, and more. The broth is really spicy, but the spice doesn't overpower the seafood. You can still taste the freshness of ingredients and a slight hint of zesty lemongrass. ＊Thai Gnocchi in Coconut*** Now I wish all thai reataurants serve this dessert. The thai gnocchi is TO DIE FOR! The pandan coconut milk is incredibly rich and creamy, as they don't dilute the base with half & half or milk other than coconut milk. I can definitely see why this spot is rated #1 for Thai on Beli. It completely lives up to the hype. I'd put it right up there with Fish Cheeks in terms of how much I enjoyed it. The space is small and it made me feel warm and cozy, and there's even a charming little garden in the back that makes it extra special. I also loved that they bring out the rice in the traditional silver Thai serving bowl--it felt authentic and thoughtful, plus you can always ask for more rice if you need it. This is an upscale Thai restaurant from the interior decor to the way they present all their dishes. It really is a beautiful place to dine at. The prices are similar to prices you'd pay at a fine dining spot so be prepared for that. Every dish that I ordered was authentically flavored, giving a true Thai cuisine experience. The Royal flower dumplings were something that I've never had before. The chicken and peanut filing was an acquired taste and had a smooth texture. It was pretty as well. The shrimp cakes were classically made. I always love a good Thai shrimp cake. The panang neua was also delicious. I loved the spice level on it. The beef pieces were thick but I felt like the serving was very small for what they priced it at. The crab fried rice was really good and I enjoyed the jumbo lump crab meat in it. I felt like they really packed it with lots of crab so you definitely get your money's worth on that. The waitstaff was really attentive to our needs. I brought my 3 year old here. I felt like they really adjusted to her being in there, seeing that the restaurant was giving more of an "adults only" feel. However, I did have a negative experience with the bathroom. There's only 1 and that's probably not ideal for any parent bringing their toddler. My daughter had to go really bad and so she ran to the bathroom, rattled the door handle. I told her to stop. But she was nearly close to tears because she couldn't hold it in. So I knocked on the door to see if the person in there would be out soon and explained that my daughter had to use the restroom. The person who came out actually ended up being someone who works at the restaurant. They asked me what was wrong with me. I did apologize and say that my daughter just really needed to pee. He had 0 empathy about my 3 year old and said "Well I have to pee too". And while I know that I am entitled to absolutely nothing as a mother, I felt like that was a really rude response for something I was being really kind and understanding about. We got a last minute reservation The crab fried rice had a wonderful almost buttery (in a good way) taste to it, the rice dumplings were very good (note: they are a little sweet, if you are not expecting), and the crispy jumbo shrimp deliciously coated in a fine breading. But the second time I went...eh. Still good, but definitely a disappointing downgrade. Now it tastes kind of just like a really good neighborhood spot instead of something special. I went in the late afternoon on a weekday and the service was attentive as before. But the food was sadly not as good. The crispy jumbo shrimp no longer had that crispy fine breading coating and was instead wrapped in fried noodles, which were thick, not as well seasoned, and more difficult to eat.
