I was told that I should have raised the issues when we were asked how the meal was. Maybe because we weren't asked! The staff member already knew we weren't happy with the service, and had no interest in asking. I've tried both the ham and crayfish croissants and absolutely loved them! If you work or live on St Kilda Road and need to refuel, definitely visit these guys. Or if you have a sweet tooth (like I do) you must have the French toast - generous portions of thick cut bread which are deceivingly light and satisfying. Maple syrup comes on the side so you can choose how sweet you want your breakfast to be.
