If you want to buy any tins, jars, special packaging or something else, however, they are not on the cheap side. They do have high quality stuff and that is what you pay for. Mix and match teas, ask them about your wildest tea imagination or go with a simple classic; these people know their stuff. All people who work here are tea experts and clearly love the art of tea blending and tea drinking. They will help you out and you will leave very happy. I've been coming here for years buying Christmas and birthday gifts. They have everything ranging from cheap (a bag of tea) to expensive (fancy tea sets). If you have a friend or a loved one who loves tea, this is the place to go. While you're at it, pick up some tea for yourself. It will change your world and your tea drinking will never be the same. My fiancé had the mud cake, and I'm pretty sure he liked it, because I only got one bite. :/ One thing I can't recommend is the strawberry white chocolate frappino. It tasted like it could benefit from a handful of fresh strawberries. Anyway, the barista was very nice and let me swap it out for a cookies and cream frappino, and I was MUCH happier with the flavor! If I'm ever in Umeå again, I will definitely revisit Espresso House.
