This is a second review written because I remain impressed with and grateful for how exceptionally generous Debi is in her helpfulness in finding healthy foods my kitty loves. And, she is does so with quiet joyfulness which is so rare these days. I am also writing a second review to inform pet lovers that Kahoots sells fresh frozen whole quail eggs which my kitty cat loves. My neighbor's dog also loves his quail egg treats which I toss to him and which he gobbles up and, of course asks for more when he comes over to visit. And quail eggs as a treat is healthy which is important to me. I love my little furry friend so much I want him to live as long and be as healthy as possible so he enjoys living. Therefore, I feed him only the healthiest foods. Debi is a gift towards the care and well being of my kitty and aids me wonderfully in giving my kitty only the cleanest, healthiest, non-toxic foods. This review is long overdue! I think it's only fair that I update my review as I have been to this Kahoots location a handful of times over the past year, and the staff has been extremely pleasant. I believe the last team member who helped me was named Kelly, and she was very kind to my dog and offered them treats and pets. My dogs love the Alaskan Cod Skin Minis! Will be back to purchase more! If you want to be followed while you shop this is the place. The whole staff was congregating by the cashiers chatting it up, as soon as I head to the dog food isle an employee imidiatly begins "front facing" things, move further down the isle so does he, move three isle over to see if he follows AND BOOM what do you know he moved to the whole end of the isle so we can be at eyesight. The whole time I was in there he was looking at me, once I made my purchase what do you know he too was done with his "front facing" duties. Never in my life will I set foot in here. read more

Terrific pet store with a variety of options for a lot of pets. I specifically go for my dog. The staff are super friendly and helpful. My dog went through radiation and it she was super picky with her food. One of the staff was able to suggest a few couple of options and it worked!!! Also, a very good variety of treats and toys. This place sells the best dog harnesses in the world! They have many colors and styles of collars, leashes and harnesses but I love the harness my dog is wearing in pic. It goes over the head and under the chest. The dog does not have to pick up his legs to step into the harness so it is super easy to put on, even for senior pups. Two strong plastic buckles hold the harness in place. I'm on my third adopted pitbull mix over 60# that I've used this harness style for and I have *never* had one fail or come open when it was not supposed to. They are also easy to close and gentle on your hands too. I don't see this type of harness available in any other pet store. I live over a half an hour away from Kahoots but come here just for the harnesses. (: The staff are always very nice as well. They have a huge selection of other pet things you may need. The prices seem just as good or a bit better than other pet stores. I highly recommend this place. read more

I Love Kahoots & my Bunny, my Dogs & my cat (niece) love it even more! It's located in a good shopping center next to Trader Joe's, Smart & Final, Chase, Baskin Robbins etc. There is always plenty of parking spots available...even more towards the back. The customer service is amazing, employees are always helpful & in a happy mood. I honestly use to always shop at Petco, but now I mostly only do my shopping at Kahoots....Why? better prices & definitely way more selection on food, treats & toys. Bunny: She loves the "Oxbow Organic Hay" i always get the big bag, it's always cheaper than other Pet Stores. Also they have great selection of snacks, "Tiny Friends Farm" is her favorite & Kahoots is the only store that carries 3 different flavors. Dogs: Ok so there is an actual "Kahoots brand" & my dogs love it! The Premium Chicken and beef is their favorite. I also recommend the "Kahoots Organic Stain and Odor" works miracles on carpet & the Oatmeal Shampoo. Cat: Great selection of Cat Beds & Feline Furnishing! My sister always gets her the "Kahoots Premium Food" she loves it. We also like the "Kahoots Cat Litter" it actually smells very good & it's made with natural ingredients. Kahoots has a lot of pet products to choose from! - Store is clean and cool! Staff is friendly, especially Anna! She is super sweet and helpful. She offers good suggestions, and if you don't see something you're looking for they can try and order it for you. They get some great dog treats in that are healthy and made with good/great ingredients! My fur baby, Frankie, she is 15 and has kidney disease so it's hard to buy treats for her. They must be low in protein, sodium, and phosphorus. Grandma Lucy's cookies are a great treat for her (see pic). I've also recently bought cat grass for my kitty here, which they offer in a bag or already sprouted. I've never had a problem or issue here. Nice store! read more

Where do I begin? I'm in love with this store and the people! I have two dogs who have severe food allergies and I couldn't for the life of me find something to settle their tummies. Abygael the wonderful young woman who works here took the time and recommended me food to try. THEY LOVE IT AND THEIR POOPS LOOK AMAZING! I will ditch all brands and now only buy Kahoots brand for food. Abygael, if you are lucky to find her, knows so much about animals and their needs. When my beagle had a wound I went to her and she guided me to the right products to take care of my beagle! For half the cost of a vet visit. I don't know what's happened there. Today was unreal. They sales person couldn't have more distain and disinterest in coming to the register as if she we're a child refusing to go to school. The transaction was insulting. As if we were imposing our $100 purchase on her. My animals like the Kahoot's brand food, but I'm just tired of paying for crappy customer service.
