On a recent visit to Manzanillo we had a memorable dining experience at Zo Sushi. The restaurant had a comfortable, open-air feel with lively, diverse clientele. We arrived hungry and left happy. Started off with cocktails & apps... * Crocantes crispy tuna & Miquele pizza * Mojitos & Rojo vino Then onto the Sushi.... * Caterpillar Roll - avocado, chipotle dressing, eel sauce and masago * Crispy Roll - seaweed, shrimp, avocado, panko and cucumber * Skini Roll - salmon and cream cheese Perfection.
