The overall product is of decent but not great quality. The photos are not edited well. When I got the professional prints, my eyes are closed in 6 of them! Our big 8x10 group shot has weird contrast and does not show the true colors of skin or dresses. It took forever to get anything fixed/finished and sometimes more than one phone call to get a response from Cynthia. There were over 1800 images on 4 discs, and not in chronological order. Figuring out what to order was confusing and took a long time. And while many of them are very good there was a lot of garbage that I had to sift through to find the good ones. I really enjoyed the photographer, Jacques, who has a great personality and lots of creative ideas. My makeup looks cakey in the bridal shots and again there was no effort to edit them to make it look natural. My wrinkles are obvious! I am so glad I got a video. The videographer was courteous and professional and got some good footage. He gave me a mic to interview people and I really liked that part. But the audio in most of it is quite poor. A lot of it is shaky. And there was NO footage AT ALL of 2 of our parents even though they had speaking parts in the ceremony. JayLynn got all the main parts correct, but the overall product is disappointing. I can say from experience that other studios who charge similar prices deliver a perfect product for that once-in-a-lifetime event. I will not use JayLynn again and do not recommend them for weddings.

We ended up on the beach and stayed there even well after the sun set. Laena is NOT afraid to get dirty and try new things - in fact her only limitation really was us! She stressed quality over quantity and from it all we got a dozen or so great shots, with one or two amazing shots our family members ended up begging us to have enlarged for them. Above all, we think Laena's best quality is that she really does care - she cared about what we wanted out of the shoot and what would make us happy in the end. Being an awkward non-photogenic couple, I told them to just direct us and let us know your vision. Desirae stated she visioned love. For our engagement shoot, We went out to shoot at Ma'ili beach during the sunset time. It kind of felt like we were just taking a walk around the beach while Adam was holding the screens for lighting and Desirae was shooting away. It was nice and fun! It was funny to see them roll on the ground to get the angles. Do it for the pictures! We got the pictures pretty quick too! These two are an amazing team!
