Health care and the staffing is great. Parking is horrible, and that's on a good day.

While every member of the ICU staff treated my brother with compassion, professionalism, and dignity, I would like to especially thank nurses Eric, Randy, and Olga, ICU physician Dr. Kakal, social worker Heather, and the entire ICU team for the exceptional care they provided throughout his 44-day ICU stay. Each person brought something unique to our family's experience. Olga was a source of comfort and reassurance whenever I felt overwhelmed and needed guidance. Eric showed extraordinary patience and gentleness with my brother, even on the most difficult days. No matter how challenging the situation became, he treated him with kindness and respect. Randy had a special way of connecting with my brother and earning his trust. When my brother wasn't listening to the rest of us, Randy somehow always knew how to reach him. Heather, our social worker, helped guide our family through difficult decisions and conversations with compassion and professionalism. Her support during an incredibly challenging time was deeply appreciated. Beyond providing excellent medical care, these individuals supported our family through an incredibly difficult journey. They reminded us that healthcare is not just about medicine, it is also about humanity. I would also like to recognize the volunteers at the visitor check-in desk on the first floor. They were always welcoming when I arrived to visit my brother, and after his passing, they showed our family tremendous compassion and kindness that I will never forget. My experience in the ICU made me proud to be a UCLA alumna. I will always be grateful for the care, dignity, and respect shown to my brother and our family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Rushing people through security clearance without a care and aggressively as 'we' were wasting his time. Geraldo Cesar Chezz was on phone, unprofessional to patients/families and immediate co-workers who complained to other security staff on site. Geraldo Cesar Chezz went back and forth to the nurse's main secured area erratically as if playing like a child foregoing service to humans... He engaged in flirty personal conversations with nursing staff. Terrible! *** Dr. and work staff of visit were good. Communication to patient was a bit off and not clarified....Understanding that their is prioritization, severely extended wait time went unexplained until patient had to ask status. The two males in the imaging portion of the hospital told the elderly patient to put her necklace in her mouth? It could have broken inside her mouth and she could have choked, not to mention a daily wear necklace is dirty most of the time. The two males were confident in their request and acted as if I was out of line, when they went against a standard procedure for many years!

The emergency room experience was interesting. Not bad. Not amazing. More like "we're renovating…read moreand everyone is doing their best with the group project." The place looks like it's getting a facelift, so I'll give them that. Fresh walls may be coming. New energy may be loading. But right now the organization still feels like it's buffering. The doctor was cool. That helped a lot. Calm energy. Normal conversation. Didn't make the visit feel heavier than it already was. In an emergency room, that matters because nobody pulls up there for fun. Nobody is saying, "Let's see what the ER is doing tonight." You want people who can make a stressful situation feel a little less chaotic. The security setup was the confusing part. You can walk in with the patient without being registered as a guest, but once you step out, now it's a whole process. Badge. Registration. Security check. Side quest unlocked. Why not just do that at the beginning? It felt like airport TSA designed a scavenger hunt inside a hospital. Some of the machines weren't working when we got there, so getting vitals checked took a while. That was weird. It's an emergency room. The machines should be awake before we are. A hospital with machines not working is like Starbucks saying the coffee machine is down. Technically possible. Emotionally unacceptable. The receptionist was definitely having a day. I get it. We all have those. But at a hospital front desk, the vibe matters. People are stressed. Worried. Confused. Already thinking WebMD gave them three hours to live. A little warmth would go a long way. You don't need Disney cast member energy. Just maybe less "you interrupted my villain origin story." The atmosphere felt like a hospital mid-glow-up. Construction energy. Moving parts. A few systems that need tightening. Not terrible. Just noticeably not smooth. Overall, the experience was still good because the doctor and staff helped keep things steady. But the ER flow could use better organization, working equipment, and a front desk vibe that says "we got you" instead of "why are you bleeding near my paperwork?" it's giving... Grey's Anatomy if the hospital admin team had one group chat and nobody checked it.

I applied for a Respiratory Therapist position at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana and unfortunately…read morehad one of the most unprofessional hiring experiences I've ever encountered. I joined my scheduled Microsoft Teams interview on time using the link they provided and waited to be admitted into the meeting. No one ever showed up, and no one contacted me to explain what happened. I even took a photo of my screen showing that I was waiting for the interview the entire time. Afterward, I sent multiple follow-up emails to the interview email address asking for an explanation. My emails were eventually forwarded to someone else, but I never received a response, an apology, or any acknowledgment of what happened. To make matters worse, about an hour after I had been stood up for my interview, I received a generic denial email. Not a phone call. Not an apology. Just a rejection after they failed to attend the interview they scheduled. I understand that mistakes happen, but professionalism and communication matter--especially in healthcare. A simple apology or the opportunity to reschedule would have gone a long way. Instead, I was left feeling that my time and effort were not valued. I hope Providence reviews its hiring process so future applicants are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

Instead, the entire experience felt disorganized and unprepared. It appeared that the necessary supplies and materials were not readily available, which caused delays and added stress to an already difficult situation. Rather than first focusing on controlling the bleeding and comforting a frightened child, substances were applied directly to the open wound, causing my son significant pain and distress. He was crying, and I felt that very little effort was made to show empathy, patience, or reassurance during the procedure. I was also concerned by the way the wound was managed and the difficulty in applying the dressing. As a parent, it was upsetting to watch my child suffer while feeling that his comfort and well-being were not a priority. Medical care should include professionalism, kindness, patience, and respect--especially when treating children. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

I had some reservations about this facility, but this team completely changed my perspective. From check-in to discharge, everyone was outstanding. During my visit, I felt that my symptoms and concerns were repeatedly dismissed. I was not feeling well at all and came seeking answers regarding significant inflammation, pain, and signs of infection that were right on my face ! From the beginning of the visit, I felt that my concerns were not being taken seriously. According to the visit notes the doctor wrote , she advised she "offered me " a CBC test but yet did not do her job or care to do her job so that was a lie . no testing / ultrasound or xrays , bloodwork was performed here . Yet kaiser has the audacity to still bill me for this USELESS VISIT When I respectfully asked if another physician could evaluate me, I was told that I would need to be discharged and check back in, which was frustrating because they weren't going to check me back in which they directly told me ! I repeatedly expressed concern about my symptoms and asked if anything could be done to determine the cause of my condition. I was practically pleading with them and was emotional I was told that because I was not experiencing a life-threatening emergency, there was little else that could be done. While I understand emergency departments must prioritize critical cases, I left feeling unheard and without any answers. I was ultimately forced to seek care elsewhere. I went to Exer Urgent Care in West Hills, where I was evaluated and diagnosed with shingles. NOT COMMON FOR A 26 yrs old . Prior to that, I had only been advised by them that I had a swollen lymph node. I also have an issue with documentation in my medical record stating that I threatened legal action. I informed staff that I intended to file a complaint regarding my experience, but I did not threaten a lawsuit. I never had experiences like this at Kaiser facilities I previously visited, including Panorama City. Going forward, I will never come to this location again and will stick to porter ranch location or panorama city , they have such caring nurses and doctors !!! I DO NOT recommend this facility. Workers here have very careless attitudes and are rude !

I've had doctors in the past prescribe me a bunch of medication that my kids don't need. I will be honest.
