My latest experience though, has turned me completely off - I will not be back. When I arrived at Midas it was 20 minutes to closing, it seemed as though things had quieted down for the evening. The mechanics were gathered around chatting, anxiously waiting to go home, and I was the only customer in the shop. I was turned away! They turned my business down and that's no way to run a business. I was shocked, I a loyal customer, and those guys knew me. Not only that, I had left work early to be there in what I thought, was time. I could understand if things were busy and I was a frantic customer pulling in 10 minutes to closing - that was not the case. Now, if I owned a business and found out that my employees were doing things like this out of laziness, or for whatever reason, I'd appreciate being informed. So I called Midas and spoke with the receptionist. She took all my information and said she'd look into it. By the end of the day no phone call was returned. So I picked up my phone, when the receptionist answered I received a much different tone from our initial conversation. She was rude, and made no apology for any of it. This one experience speaks louder than all previous mediocre appointments :)

Leased a Truck from Toyota City. 2023 Tundra. Mid January all of the safety features started saying they were not working and our Touchscreen/ Gps/ Bluetooth etc. stopped working. We got a loaner but we continue to make payments on the Truck and the loaner is not near the vehicle we are paying for. Fast Forward 10 weeks later still no truck. Last we heard from the Service manager was probably 4 weeks ago. Started to try to speak with GM - good at first but now is ignoring my emails. You might ask why don't you just turn the Vehicle back to them? Because they want $6700 from us even though we don't have our Truck - its a lemon, even though we have made 10 payments at full price while driving a much inferior vehicle, even though we have added a Tonneau Cover and Running Boards at our own expense. If you have read this far...Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealership or the Camrose dealership when they move.

We asked for an emergency inspection and it took two days despite getting the 8 am slot and a time frame of 2 hours. $300 for an inspection? Are you out of your minds? It's 129-150 elsewhere. We will NOT be coming back because It's the little things that matter most. How dare they treat a young girl that way? Not only made her walk home, but when she called two hours after the supposed finish time THEY STILL HADN'T STARTED! It's obvious with our BC plates we are new here and don't know anybody else so getting to and from work was a disaster because it's an hour away! We explained to them our situation the day before the inspection and they assured us it would be fine and offered us an 8 am Or 9 am slot. It was a bit of an emergency so we took the 8 am slot. Drop off time: 8 am August 20/13, finish time 12 pm August 21/13. Fail. I hope they learn to right your wrongs. I am so appalled.
