Sales has one job, and they couldn't even manage that. My wife was a GM person for life. Now we will never deal with such an incompetent company again. Thankfully Hyuandi had a professional team that treated us so well we bought two vehicles from them. There have been a lot of problems with this dealership. To date, the remotes no longer work (remote start and lock/unlock function) and the tire pressure sensors don't work, among other things. Instead of being a professional and taking responsibility for his staff's mistakes, the GM (Neil), had me speak to the incompetent service manager. The service manager was rude and refused to fix the car. Neither employee has returned phone calls. Do yourself a favor and don't bother bringing your vehicle here. Take it to a reputable shop.
