We had a flat tire and then our spare tire also went flat We were towed there after calling them to confirm that they had a tire for us in stock. They immediately told us that they would not fit us in which we said ok but we needed confirmation that they had a tire as we would have to stay in a Hotel and both miss work the next day. After waiting over 3 hours in which the front service person (no name tag) only went once to find our tire, I then talked to the manager Andrew Fully explaining our situation his only response was : "We're too busy to look for your tire, come back tomorrow and we'll look then" :((

In BC the rental car got a flat tire. My mom and stepfather have never changed a tire in their life as it is not common to know these things when you're from Korea. They contacted the rental company who transferred them to another company where the person on the phone was being less than helpful. Dean, from Lane's auto towing saw my parents in distress and drove his tow truck over from a near by gas station to see if he could help. Since all they needed was to have a tire changed, he offered to help and changed the tire for them. He wouldn't even accept money when my mom tried to offer him some. I recently got stuck on a goat track up in the hills above Merritt when my alternator packed it in…read more While bump starting front and back I finally got high centered on seemingly the only large rock in the area. With the last dying light we could see a forest fire in front and behind. The wind was blowing smoke and I wasn't sure how in danger we were. I had BCAA premium package and decided to call myself in as I was at the top of a hill and actually within cell range in a very spotty area. The driver would call when he was in cell range and tried to find me in the middle of the night but the roads were to convuluted and narrow to get to me. I finally tried a last ditch effort and chopped out the rock and bumped it a final time to limp as quickly as I could on the last gasp of the battery to a friendly welcoming Chris who got us into Kamloops for a repair at 5:30 in the morning. I am very grateful for his patience and understanding for a long overnight ordeal. Thanks Chris!
